My niece sold this and I had a wedding coming up so thought why not? Religiously taking SKINNY gummies day and night for 2 months. I gained 2 lbs. Take double! She said. No change. What a scam. Do not buy from them. Do not believe your friends and family who promote this useless snake oil.IT Works! Global, Inc.

I can't work for a company that uses photos of people who aren't even using the products. They do not disclose product ingredients with customers and made it extremely hard to find the actual ingredients on their site. They are selling to people blindly their products and having their representatives use the products claiming they work. Paceobo!!! People please use a different brand and change your diet. Ancient Nutrition is a great brand that actually tells you the ingredients and they are clean ingredient products.IT Works! Global, Inc.

As for ingredient transparency, all of our product ingredients are clearly listed on our website before purchase, allowing customers to make informed decisions. I wish I would have did my due diligence and researched this company and it's products. I have one month left of my "3 month "perk" subscription. So disappointed in the product....does NOT work at all. Lots of money spent to not see one single result. DONT GET YOURSELF MIXED UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS LIESIT Works! Global, Inc.

Thank you for contacting us. Helping you resolve your concern is of the utmost importance to us. Our records show that order ********* was placed 4/25/24 and was successfully delivered by UPS. On May 17th, we received your support ticket stating that you did not receive your package. The response to the ticket advised you to check with the postal carrier (UPS) and to fill out a lost order claim form. Once we received the claim form, we could have issued a replacement order. However, we never received a lost order claim form and did not hear back from you. Therefore, a replacement order was not sent.
However, since you have been a valued customer since February, we have made an exception and full refunded your order, ********* -$67.80. If we can be of any additional assistance, please let us know.

I was not under the impression there was a membership fee if I purchased this product. I was talked into a subscription but not a membership. I cancelled my subscription and had to pay $34.99 membership fee because I cancelled! This is unacceptable. I received an email saying my membership was cancelled and I have a receipt for the membership fee that I paid. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I was not informed this was a membership. A membership and subscription are two different things.IT Works! Global, Inc.

I wasn't informed that I was under a "contract" to buy additional Flat capsules. I'm disappointed in the deception of this business to keep it's customers in a situation where they HAVE to continue getting a product that can cause adverse reactions. I myself have experienced diarrhea and extreme flatulence. Not something I anticipated from this product.IT Works! Global, Inc.

I was an It Works rep for a few months. Once I cancelled, I removed my card information and everything. Somehow, I’m still getting charged $20 a month and when I called It Works to ask for a refund, they said it wasn’t showing up on their side so I have a bank statement to prove it. I couldn’t find the customer service email for ItWorks either. I’ll happily send the statement to whoever I need to, I just want my money back and to stop getting charged every month. Regarding the $20 eSuite fee, customer service has already processed a refund on August 27th.Also, upon further review, we found that the credit card associated with your account was used in your husband, *******************************. It appears that there were no previous requests to cancel either ******'s account or the eSuite monthly membership. We have now canceled the account and processed refunds for July and ******* totaling $40.
