      Horrible customer service, false advertising, unlawful billing. This business needs to be shut down! The more reviews I read, the more upset I get! Boxycharm is NOT taking accountability nor do they care to resolve customer concerns. They will bill you so fast, but it takes 48-72hrs for ONE email reply! They need a lot of help in customer service! False advertising charm rooms and gifts that cannot be claimed and are being removed from customer carts and marked “out of stock”, not awarding customers charms for reviews… there are many red flags. Charging for shipping and handling, but I’ve yet to receive my December 2022 box but guarantee they will bill Jan 1. They will no longer get my money and I will contact my bank for a charge back and asking them to block any and all boxy subscription charges from happening! I’m DONE with this company

      They make it impossible to cancel. Just got notification after I cancelled a while ago that a bag has been shipped. Tried to cancel that and they say its too late. So now Im charged again and somehow resubscribed!

      SCAM!!!! I open one email to resubscribe and k was interested so I clicked the link just to lean more and because I clicked the link Im resubscribed automatically without any consent!!! Then when I go to cancel this they make it impossible to even fine the cancellation and then you are sent to an email. SUCH A SCAM OF A COMPANY! I will be going to my credit card company to reverse this and end the subscription. Its too bad because Ipsy used to be great. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM! Disgusting!

      They will not allow me to cancel. After five tries and no promised confirmation/cancellation email, i looked into it and this is a fraud indeed. They dont allow cancellations on purpose and if they do, the seem to continue charging. Im very upset about it.

      They make it impossible to cancel, keep taking money from your accounts. Cancellation emails never come. They refuse to give any refunds.

      Boxy charm is a **** in April. I have canceled. My subscription got a new debit card and yet they went through my bank account did a transaction.!!!!!!!! **** ****

      IPSY started as a great business that I really trusted. Right now it seems like its turning into a scam. They told me something shipped weeks ago and now they said it wont be here for WEEKS. This is way past any reasonable amount of time, and it seems like the shipped emails they send are lies.

      I've been a good Boxycharm customer for 3 years. I'm still shocked with how bad their delivery is on boxes. One minute after midnight the first of each month and the charge for the boxes is made. Here is it the 15thof the month and it hasn't even shipped. I'm so exhausted by the lack of customer service. Although I like most boxes (still receiving items I don't want Although I've updated my preferences) I'm tired of wondering each month if I'm ever going to receive my order. I've stopped ordering extra items as I've had to get my CC company involved due to never receiving. No customer service number to resolve issues just never ended emails.Boxycharm you can do better if you want to.

      Placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive anything. After contacting multiple times they said they would just send out a new one. I dont want a new anything I wanted a refund but no such luck from a fraudulent company!!
