      I have been charged the monthly charge for the IPSY Glam Bag for 6 months now post-cancellation. I have followed the steps for cancellation up to the final part where they say they email you to confirm the cancellation, and they never send an email! There is NO **************** number on the website, only a Glam Bot to answer questions or "Open a ticket". Tickets go unanswered and unresolved. They started sending a random beauty product every month for $15 that was NOT ordered which was one of the reasons for cancellation.This is a BFA (Beauty For All) ******* a.k.a. Beauty For All Industries.Beauty For All *************** of IPSY, BoxyCharm, Refreshments, and Madeby) has established a Business presence: *******, **********, *******, Georgia, ******, ********, Nevada, **********, ********, **************, ************, ************, *****, Washington and *******. AS WELL AS *********.

      I would give it zero stars if I can! Horrible experience with IPSY! Avoid at all costs! I decided to give I a try a few months ago and when I got my first bag, I knew this isn't for me. Cheap products made in china that doesn't worth the price I paid... Anyway, I wasn't expecting a 5 stars product but come in! makeup made in china!!! Didn't we all know what does that mean.. Anyway, the horror hasn't begun yet. I went to the website to cancel my membership and there we go, it took me 3 hours to figure it out!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!! How desperate are they to make it that hard!!! Finally, I canceled, or I thought I did and got an email to confirm cancellation...WHY???? I just canceled on the website why would I confirm by email??? So far fine.... went and did everything right... Confirmation arrived in my email... Yet the next month I was charged AGAIN!!!!! and back to where I started!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! One of the worst experiences in online shopping! You lost someone forever! I should have read the reviews here first!!! NOOO, I **** recommend it to anyone!!! SAVE your money and sanity and spend them at the dollar store, better options!

      They are complete frauds gave the my debit card info, they charged my account only to receive a message that I needed to update my card information. Then I tried to cancel the subscription but they charged me again. Tried to contact them but just got a robot. They still charged my account twice, and now won't receive my order

      I placed an order for the first time ever on 10/24/2022 and was super excited because I had been wanting to sign up for a while. As of today, 10/27/2022, I STILL have not gotten a confirmation in my email regarding my order nor does it have ANY information on the order placed on my Boxycharm account. It was really good and taking the money out of my credit card that very moment I placed the order. Now I'm here with no information. Disappointed and now worried that I placed a subscription and are they going to keep taking money away from me when I have no way to fix this.

      Deceptive advertising and business practices. They lure you in with special offers that are not honored and make it very difficult to cancel. The savings they offer is not worth the hassle.

      One star because I can't give less. I started a subscription for the glam bag plus today and immediately after that, there was an option to upgrade for glam bag x 4 time a year. When I upgraded, there was no mention that I'd be charged an additional $61 ON TOP of the monthly $31. I read all the fine print for the upgrade offer on purpose looking for how much it would be. Since there was absolutely NO MENTION of an additional charge, I proceeded. I'm using the mobile chrome browser, so maybe they have a big specific to that vs. desktop browser and their mobile app. Given there is no way to contact a human being there easily though, I'll never know. Now I'm not going to continue with Ipsy AT ALL. Since I read all of the print when I saw the upgrade to glam x offer including under learn more, I thought it was a new subscriber deal - that it was a free upgrade for starting a subscription with Ipsy today. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to not tell a customer they'll be charged for something. It's also ridiculous to not be able to cancel an order 5 mins after you placed it. No customer service number that is in service either. This company is a real gem.

      Ive cancelled my membership twice and this scam company keeps charging me! They have no option to speak to a person, no phone number, and block ability to have this resolved by only offered prompted responses to solve this problem. They also refuse to give me a refund for this money they have stolen from me. Help!

      Horrible customer service. They use an online bot and issues are never resolved. Impossible to get help as no email or phone number to call. Items come damaged and you only receive the minimum box value every month. You don't get reimbursed for damaged or missing items, you're just given charms or a coupon for a future purchase. Charms really can't be used as the items are not anything worth using or buying. I would rather get money back. First 2 years having it was great, but price keeps increasing and quality keeps decreasing. Business went downhill. Now I canceled, but prepaid 3 months and I can't make any selections or purchases because it says my account isn't active. However, it should be listed as active since I prepair for the service through December 2022.
