      I have been an ispy user for many years. But my last almost year of glam bags I have received only one or two of the 5 or 7 items that I paid for. Their only response is apologizing and refunding me and issuing me points to use towards their reward products that I have also never received. Their common answer is that they run out of stock even though I always make sure to pick my products and pay for them the second they are available. I am currently still waiting for my refund but if I didnt reach out to them about my products that I was missing then they never would have refunded me which makes me feel like they are stealing our money for products that we never received. Horrible horrible customer service

      Never received Decembers box had to email.customer support ..I get a representative who states he will look into it turns out my box "got hung up in shipping" o instead of giving me a different box they decided to refund me that could take up To two weeks..so they gave me a credit for 12 $ mind you I didn't ask for any of this my daughter asked for a subscription so I did it for her after not receiving it Ive cancelled my monthly membership because they went about this all wrong first of all the credit I will still have to pay shipping once I've bought a product which is bullcrap all I wanted was my box or replacement box but they had nothing but excuses and acted as of giving me a credit was doing me a favor if I was you I would not do business nylonger with boxy charm I've never had issues with ipsy . I will continue to warn others of boxy charms horrible customer service because people are getting ripped off I have yet to see my refund in my bank account so I'm sure they screwed me out of that money as well I had to reach out about y box bc they never did and try to say it was a shipping address problem that never was an issue in the past and my address hasn't changed seems like they want to blame others for their lack of customer service and don't wanna take accountability for their s**** ****

      Im going to be BRUTALLY honest. If you like brutal honesty, read on. This company is absolute garbage. I am beyond ****** and unsatisfied. I have no clue how this company hasnt been shut down yet. I received my so called glam bag today, and before I had checked my preview because I was so excited.NONE of the 5 products that were picked out for me on the website showed up. I had 5 completely different crappy samples. NONE of the add ons I ordered and WASTED money on were in my package either. They made cancelling the subscription such a pain too. Many other customers have reported they even keep charging you even after youve cancelled. This company doesnt care about you. They only want your money. I try to be kind, but honestly I hope this company gets shut down so other innocent customers dont get SCAMMED like I did!!

      WORST SERVICE EVER! First of all when I had not received my package I made EVERY POSSIBLE ATTEMPT to contact them. Not once did I get a response. Even replied to several of the sales/marketing emails I received from them-Never a response! I was appalled by the way I, a paying customer, was treated! I made one final attempt to contact them by responding to their email, AGAIN! This time I expressed how upset I was by their so called customer service and told them to immediately cancel my account. Not even minutes later I received a notification from my bank that Boxy Charm had just charged my credit card!! Quite an odd coincidence, in my opinion! I had to put a block on my bank account so that they are unable to charge my card again. Even though they have made numerous attempts to charge the card. I know this because of the several emails from them telling me my card has been declined! I was SO excited to subscribe to this business, because their ads made it look so great! Never again!!

      This company used to be amazing. I used to pay $30 for $200 worth of makeup (5 full size products, I choose 3 out of the 5). Now I pay $30 for maybe 1 of those items to be delivered. Not only that but to have at least one of my bag items that wasn't delivered be seen as a Ipsy Offer for the week (same brand, shade and product). My replacement item has now been delivered and it's a whole different item. Instead of the item they are offering for sale that they didn't put in my bag I received a different brands highlighter in a shade I probably won't even be able to use. Needless to say I've cancelled my subscription.

      This company used to be amazing. Over the last year they have gotten into the habit of bait and switch. You buy a high quality item and they send you a cheap item hoping you wont notice and then give you a hard time when you want a refund. Many people are also being sent packages with many missing items. Its becoming the norm with this company.

      I love the concept of a beauty subscription but Ipsy has been going downhill. Packages arrive late and often contain missing items.

      I am absolutely disgusted with this company. i had agreed to one glam bag at a cost of $17. and then cancelled any further purchases. They have taken money from my account 3 more times at a total of $75. The US exchange on $17. is $25. I had purchased the one time with extra funds i had received for my birthday. I am on disability which is far below the poverty line. I have asked them several times to repay it as i believe this is theft. They have yet to return it and i am now receiving nsf fees i cant afford. These fees are form payments i had prearranged for bills to come out of my account. The domino effect this has caused is financially draining on me. it has been over a month and i still have not received a dime.

      I have paid for product that were never received. There will not refund only "charm" which you spend on a poorly stocked items and you must remain an active subscriber to claim them. Their canned reply is check back often as we are always stocking... not true. Charm purchases are the leftovers with little color match or stock. Customer service is slow and canned replies with the same excuses over and over. Just read the replies to all these reviews. You will have a love hate relationship that slowly turns to more hate than love quickly. I purchased a December 2022 box that was prepaid in October. It is Jan 1 and I've made contact multiple times without resolve.

      I have tried to cancel several times. I get to the point where all I need to do is confirm cancelation by clicking the link on the email sent by BoxyCharm but the email is never received. The website states you can cancel anytime but it has not allowed me to cancel and they keep charging my credit card. I emailed info@boxycharm with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line, as the website suggests, only to be referred back to the website to cancel because that email is no longer active. This company has the worst customer service, you can't speak to anyone and the information on the website is incorrect.
