      The icon box was such a disappointment for the cost. I had higher expectations. The few products were mediocre, nothing to be excited about. It was so bad that I canceled my subscription immediately!!! There is definitely room for improvement.

      I've been a monthly member of ipsy for many years now. The customer service they offer is top notch. I have also been a member of other monthly subscription services that could learn so much from ipsy. The response is always immediate no matter the issue. They make you feel like you are the most important client they have. I love that. Plus the products and prices can't be beat. At any point that you are unhappy, someone is there to make it better.

      I wish they had a variety of products for people of color. The Glam Box is very exciting to receive each month however for $32 dollars a month I expect a little more fun. For instance body wash perfumes and face masks. Its okay for now but I will have wait and see as I am new to this subscription.

      Ive had an ipsy subscription for about four years and Ive never had a problem. Ive only received a wrong item one time and when I contacted customer service they asked for a picture and then sent the correct item immediately, I had it within a week and a half.

      Ipsy offers a fun, inexpensive way to try new beauty brands and products that you may never try otherwise. They offer points for reviewing products and sharing ipsy that you can turn into free stuff! **************** is also on point! My bag turned up missing during shipping and they sent me a new one, *no questions asked* and gave me some points for my inconvenience!

      I absolutely love IPSY!!!! There are sooooo many great things Ive tried and I NEVER wouldve been able to without having a subscription. In the subscriptions, the add-ons and the shop you get choose from wide selection of really good high end brands. Ive been with them for about 2 years and plan on sticking with them for a while longer!!
