Such a fun program to try new products! I have found that some of the items I received are not for sale if I go to purchase them from the brands website. Ipsy also runs out of products quickly and will send a replacement item that's different that your choice which is sometimes not a product that is not similar. Their customer service is is incredible and they will always work with you to make you happy.

Ipsy has been phenomenal. If I had a problem, the ipsy customer service team resolves it immediately. Their products are fabulous and I'm never disappointed. I look forward to receiving my subs every month. The items are in tip top shape. Ipsy is a company that I highly recommend ????IPSY

IPSY is a wonderful company! I get so many products I wouldnt normally be able to get for such a low price. There have been a couple issues with me not getting a product or a product arriving broken and IPSYs customer service has been amazing! They always make it right. I love using them and highly recommend them!IPSY

I love my IPSY subscription and the IPSY shop. It has been an affordable way to try new brands and products that I wouldnt even know to look for at a large store. I understand there have been some errors in products over the years (especially when they first merged with boxy charm)- but any mistakes have always been taken care of quickly with either a reship or a credit back to my account.IPSY

I have been a subscriber to Ipsy from almost the very first bag, almost!I have found so many amazing products, and got to test things that have became my holy grail to this day! Their point system has allowed me to purchase additional items just by reviewing the products I got from my subscription. As well as the addition of their merge with Boxycharm, allowing for an affordable shopping experience. It has allowed me to share with friends and family, and have an affordable but still high end, health and beauty collection. Overall, just for the value and great system, I'm giving IPSY five stars. 99% of the time that there would be an issue. They were quickly and efficiently solve it. I often see people donate their ipsy bags to things like women's shelters and houseless uses, which also has a positive impact on our community!Unless anything like pricing significantly raises, I will continue to be a loyal customer.IPSY

I am OBSESSED with Ipsy!!!!! I've had Ipsy for about 9 years now on and off and it's the only way I can afford my beauty products! I get all 3 boxes and I have 3 different subscriptions with them ?? I use everything I get for gifts for my kids and other loved ones! I have so much stuff from Ipsy it's almost overwhelming??IPSY

I think it's cheap product for the price to be quiet frank. I also had delivery issues. They ended up being resolved but it was unnecessary. I think the pricing is to much for the product you actually get. Once in a while I'm blown away but it rarely happens. A lot of the stuff is cheap to begin with. I'm not thrilled at all anymore with ipsy.IPSY

I have been a customer for many years and have had to take a break and just recently returned to my subscription. I had an issue and reached out to customer service. They fixed the situation immediately and the person was extremely professional and pleasant. It was one of the easiest customer service interactions I have had.IPSY
