      I had ipsy many years ago and canceled after receiving too many items that didn't match my survey. They use a poor quality 3rd party shipment company and orders were often delayed. I recently rejoined to give them another try. Nothing has changed. Still items I don't want and a poor quality 3rd party shipper. I ordered something and they sent the wrong item. Support was quick to replace it, yet the ended up sending the same wrong item!! That was enough for me

      Its a convenient way to try and buy a wide range of products. I would like to see better value in the monthly boxes. One, maybe two items will be worth it and then the other an item that is an odd color. I enjoy it, but I think there could be more items & more quality included for the price.

      IPSY offers a fun way to try new beauty products, and I did enjoy some of the samples I received. However, the customization didnt always match my preferences, and I occasionally got repeat or low-value items. **************** was okay, but response times could be improved. Overall, its a decent service, but theres room for improvement.

      Im there for the Add Ons and Ipsy Store. I have a Glam Bag subscription and have on and off since they they started over a decade ago. These are privileges for all members. So maybe you dont love everything in your Glam Bag, it was only $14.99+ and access to tons of amazing deals. Join a swap group if youre that unhappy with your Bag or Box, also ***** Gifts. A ton of options. Ipsy customer care has been great, you have to give them a chance before you complain. Theyve made everything right with me. To me its absolutely worth having the opportunity to try so many amazing products at crazy cheap prices. Read all descriptions and blow up a picture of the item to be SURE the size prior to ordering. Also, to the lady whos complaining about the *** Toy, its gone. Right now Im having technical difficulties purchasing in the Ipsy store for almost a week and Im not shaming them. Were in constant communication to fix the issue. The new Store website update has been a bit slow, My only issue is that the error messages dont say what the error actually is. You can be held up from anything from adjusting your cart to shopping for Add Ons to paying. All because something needs fixing but they dont tell you what it is. Theyve improved their shipping, I now receive boxes with padding, not envelopes for delicate items. In all, Im very happy and would recommend this to anyone whos into makeup skincare and hair care.
