I was very happy with my IPSY by Boxy Charm choice products! Love seeing the high end brands coming on board with IPSY! That alone says a lot! Sadly the price increases will be effecting my membership. I have to cut back in a couple of areas that I have been thoroughly enjoying! The changes that IPSY has made has helped the subscription. I'm hoping to see a little more refinement in the profile. Allergies are a big thing when it comes to makeup products and I think your subscribers and IPSY would benefit with adding it to the IPSY Quiz.Thank you IPSY for the many enjoyable years I've had with the company!

Boxy Charm through Ipsy is the best beauty box out there, curated with both well- and lesser-known products thoughtfully chosen for me. Anytime I have ever had a problem (broken product, or something left out of my box), Ipsy Care remedies it immediately with no friction. I am a very happy longtime customer!IPSY

I love the products that I can use. But I very seldom get any that I use. So I end up giving them away. Its really not worth the money. I went on my account to cancel the other day and it wouldnt let me.IPSY

The bounce first mascara I received was dry and clumpy. The did send a new one out right a way. Unfortunately it was the same way so I cant use it. Maybe it was pulled from an older stock. Thank you for being diligent in sending the replacementIPSY

I get the Boxy Charm box and I love it! I look forward to it every month. I've only had one issue with my box and Ipsy took care of it without hesitation. I appreciate not having to fight for a product I paid for. So happy I signed up for this subscription!!!IPSY

Ipsy has you fill out a profile and pick items that you want frequently or rarely. They send products I selected I rarely use, ALL THE TIME! EVERY ORDER! Products ordered from points will come in a bag and will be broken and will again be products I rarely ever use. Ipsy will send the same products over and over when I had placed a bad review on them and they will still send these products.Customer service person named "Em", had canceled my membership when i never asked to cancel and was s******* with my points which I believe was on purpose. Points don't get added properly either, by the time I noticed, it was months that I wasn't getting my points. I'm tired of getting products I don't use or don't want and there are still several items I selected I use frequently that I have never received. Ipsy does not follow your profile choices or preferences and send expired products that smell bad and will send broken products and just products you don't want.Some of these products you can get from ******, cheaper too.IPSY

I have mixed reviews about ispy. Sometimes it caters to my skin/makeup but other times its completely off. I give my friends my makeup/skincare I don't use or work with me.IPSY
