For many years I have received all the newest, trending products at a baseline, trial price-point. I love that I have monthly choices and that my preferences, opinions and reviews all add up to a perfect, pink box in my mailbox each month. Any customer service issues are handled quickly and gracefully. I dig this company.

Ipsy has been great to purchase product from. I am in ****** and the consistency is flawless, I get a monthly subscription, no surprises, Ive ordered outside the subscription and have had no issues. In the one instance my package was delivered to my old address (as I changed it after the cutoff mistakenly) they even provided me with an accommodation package, a replacement. They have a loyal customer in me.IPSY

I've been a customer since 2020/21 when it was just **********************, and since ipsy merged with boxy there have been alot of issues with not only myself, but there are tons of different ******** pages and Reddit groups where people are also sharing the issues they have had (wrong order, missing or broken items or order not arrived at all). I shop **** in their shop as well so I get alot of packages from the company and thus have had TOO many problems. Just recently they said they were no longer going to compensate me for missing/damaged or incorrect orders. Im unsure exactly the wording they used as to why but basically that I have been reimbursed or replaced to the top amount they are willing to do. I think this is very unfair as on top of my box I have always bought multiple times a month, and over YEARS, of course it would look like alot. Just like it looks like alot that I've spent in that same time period. Im just frustrated as I've since cancelled my subscription as im not taking the chance on wrong, missing orders or broken items and not being able to be replaced or compensatedIPSY

Love Ipsy! I always love at least 80% of what I get in my ipsy boxes, & I can still usually use all of it. It's A great way to try new stuff!! I recently had a problem with an order. I didn't receive what I ordered. They fixed it right away & sent it out. I'm very happy with ************************** love getting stuff in the mail!IPSY

I'm a fan of IPSY and I have been for years. Recently, they've been messing up my monthly subscription box, and it irritates me, but ipsy care is usually very understanding and helpful when it comes to fixing these issues. I've had more than mess *** then I'm happy with, but they usually have no problems getting things right the second time around.IPSY

I been getting Ispy bag for a while and now what's called Boxy charm. To be honest I have taken the quiz many times which usually does you no good color matches are not good at all or products that you may like are rarely in your bag or box. But I do have to say products as of lately for me have not been to bad. But for the price of the box that I get now you can't beat it. So I can't it's the worst or best box to be honestIPSY
