I've had a wonderful experience with Ipsy! If I have an issue; which is RARE, they resolve it promptly and without hesitation. The products I receive are good, if not really really good! I love how customers can use Afterpay as well. This is an amazing sub box. My daughter and I love it! If I had to name one bad thing, is the shipping does take longer than I would like. But there is always something new and exciting to look forward to!IPSY

I absolutely love Ipsy! The products you get to try are always amazing and usually end up making you want to repurchase or purchase the full-size whatever the case may be! Lol Ive spend a lot of time shopping in the Ipsy shop, without them I would have never gotten to try most of my favorite products as they are sometimes unaffordable without Ipsys amazing discounts! Ive gotten several items at an amazing price that truly you couldnt get anywhere else ! I love the mystery of what ** going to get in my glam bag each month! As well as loving the add on I wish I could find the second chance add ons again Ive only seen it once and I would love to buy some through them as a second chance sometimes I shop to quickly and regret not buying one or more items lol ! Ipsy has supplied me with so many makeup, perfumes and skin care products I couldnt be happier with them!IPSY

I LOVE IPSY. They are absolutely one of the best companies I purchase from. Issues do arrive - items get lost in transit, stock shortages, etc but their customer service team aka ******************** CARE has always done their utmost to try to make up for the things that do go wrong. The response is rapid, caring, positive and effective. Communication is clear and concise. IPSY CARE is the reason I shop IPSY with confidence.IPSY
