      I was pleased with the quay of my purchase, but I was disappointed to find out that there was no on call service. It would be very helpful to talk to someone thought spoken words and not typed words.

      Customer service is none existent and makes it a 5 step process or more to delete a subscription. Unfortunately this does not delete your account. To Delete your account with all your personnel information on it, including card and payment information. It then continues to charge you on your card. You then need to contact said non existent customer service, give them all your information again to try and retrieve your monies back. I am still receiving emails and harassment after closing my subscription and when I returned to close my entire account they charged me for a new shipment.

      I have been trying to cancel my monthly makeup bag and I cannot log into my account and now they are telling me I do not have an account even though they are pulling money from my account monthly. Yes I am receiving my makeup bag but contacting the company has not resolved the problem.

      Save your time and money and do NOT get anywhere near this company. I signed up for a BoxyCharm subscription, then moved shortly thereafter and updated my shipping address (which took several hours of back and forth with customer service for this one simple task). However, all my boxes were shipped to my old address. Normally, package forwarding would just forward the package to my new address. But I confirmed with **** that Ipsy did not include enough shipping, so the boxes were not forwarded and set to be disposed of by ****. I intervened and **** was fortunately able to hold one of the boxes, but I never received two others that I paid for. The website is misleading, customer service is awful, and the entire company feels like a scam. This should be on the FTC's radar for engaging in unfair and deceptive practices.

      I have been trying to cancel this membership for months. You cannot speak with anyone over the phone and can only correspond via email or chat. I have moved from my previous address and asked to cancel. I send the email, get a reply that its done. For the last two months Ive been through the exact same process! I dont know what else to do. I keep getting charged $31 per month for this subpar service! Just warning others to stay away and dont make the same mistake that I did.

      I'm not so sure why there are such negative reviews on here. I have had multiple different subscriptions with Ipsy since 2017. Gone through the exciting journey of Refreshments, the Glam Bag, Boxycharm, Icon Box, Flash Sales, being able to add extra products to my bag/box, sneak peeks, getting to choose my own remaining products or product or having the option to be surprised. Plus if you review your products you get points. If you save your points those stack up and then you can redeem them for something free!I get so excited about the end of the month just because of my Ipsy bag and box! It's something to look forward to that's just mine and as a momma that's exciting haha! Ipsy, keep crushing it!! Much love!!! Ryann

      I love my Ipsy! The price I pay to test these high end products is very much worth it! Ipsy has great customer service and they either replaced the product or they refunded my money! My makeup game has gone up along with my skin care routine! Ipsy is where its at!
