  good value for the money, great customer service. 've been a member for many years and have only ever had 2 issues which were resolved quickly and they went above and beyond what I had expected.

  I've never had a problem with Ipsy and I love all their products. I read some of the following comments and disagree with the products being "cheap". I love getting my Ipsy bag every month! It's my favorite thing to get in the mail!

  They automatically sign you up for an additional subscription called refreshments without your consent. It is a scam and a trick. Wouldnt refund all the months I was fraudulently charged. I ended up cancelling my whole subscription. Also was sent broken products on several occasions.

  This is the subscription from h*** I have been trying to cancel for over 6 months!!!! Cant talk to anyone, just a chatbot that doesnt even work. No one has contacted me back ever. I no longer have access to email on file so they keep charging ************************************************************************************************************* Ive paid over 500 for ZERO product!

  They make it impossible to cancel. You can start the cancellation process but the ** is designed to make you mess up and start over and frustrate you enough that you quit before you finish. They never send a confirmation email so they keep charging you. They charge you on weekends hoping you wont notice and will be past the grace ******* No matter what you say in the survey they only give you the boring product. Overall only tried a handful of brands the past year and no exiting or crazy or creative products/colors like I asked for.

  They literally stole from me. They charged my account ***** and then said that they couldn't charge my card. When I sent proof twice that they did in fact charged me they ghosted me and now won't respond. I'm filing a formal complaint and I'm disputing the charge because its fraudulent. I tool screen shots of the correspondence and how they ignored the screen shots showing they did take the money

  If I could give them negative stars I would. Theres no customer service except this robot that prompts you and you cant ask direct questions and more than half the time it doesnt work. Ive emailed twice in a month over a matter of them not sending me all my items but charged me for them. All I want is a replacement or a refund but you cant reach anyone to do so. No wonder their items are so cheap to buy they can afford it seeing they just take peoples money. Their instagram comments are nothing but people with problems they arent assisting with. Back before they merged with Ipsy I cancelled my membership and was still able to shop the discounted items page still but now you have to have a subscription to do that. Just more incentive to take peoples money I guess. I tried to give them one more chance but quality and customer service just isnt there.

  Ive had a membership from Ipsy for 3 yrs now. Im happy to say *** never had a problem and I love taking advantage of the add one deals that they offer! I hope I dont Jinx it now!
