      They will not send me a email so I can cancel my subscription.I cannot cancel my subscription and they don't have a phone number to call. It just says that the phone number is not in use.

      This company Is the worst business never send product and over charged and taking I was charged two times in one month for product that hadn't been received and charged two different amounts of ***** and ***** as I would like my money refund I have sent emails stating the problem and has never been fix. And told that they randomly didn't have any more glam bags for ****** shipment and still haven't received July and they charge me for August.

      I joined with a promise of a surprise gift of a certain amount. The joing was "cancel any time", which I did. Did not receive my gift nor did I receive my money's worth of items. All items was cheap and unnecessary and even damaged beyond use. Dont waste your time or money.

      Used Ipsy for a few months and had planned on continuing using their service but my last bag never came to me. I paid for it and waited the entire month while packing my house because I was moving. My package was supposed to arrive the 22nd of that month per shipping website and it never came. I reached out to Ipsy to try to get a solution as Id no longer be at that house in a few days and they were absolutely no help. Basically told me to wait and the last email I got from them was on the 1st (which was when I was fully moved out and gone) that it was marked as delivered. No bag, no refund and no helpful response from a company that should have no issues with a reship. This happened almost two months ago as ** just getting to leave a review after the move. They should back the shipping date and fix issues with the shipping provider that they choose.

      Ipsy is continuously trying to charge me for a membership I canceled months ago. There is no customer service number to talk with anyone only a bot and emails that say its cancelled but it is not. I want to resolve this and dont know what else to do.

      The idea is a subscription box with beauty products, easy enough. The first two boxes were not useful for me so I decided to cancel my subscription, this is where I became very upset. First, getting ahold of a human is impossible. There are no phone numbers listed online, even with a little sleuthing. Second, they use a virtual bot that prompts you and doesnt allow straight up questions. I finally used the email service and talked to who I believe is human in a series of back and fourth emails. I finally ended with a confirmation of cancellation over a series of days. The box shipped anyway because I had paid for it and they would not refund my money. This was fine and I figured I was good to go; WRONG. I went through this three more times and now were at the fourth before I decided to contact BBB. I know have my fourth confirmation of cancellation from BC but will be going in to change all of my banking info because it dont believe they have actually cancelled me. After the first cancel I was told it must have been a fluke, the second was because I didnt cancel my add on (??) so they couldnt shut it off. The third they did say it was a fluke but DID refund me since I emailed all of my confirmations to them furious and here we are, at #4. All I can say is find a different company if youre interested in a beauty box.

      Cant cancel in any way. When you go back online to cancel is says no account available and no billing info with them. Yet they keep charging monthly and also add on an additional charge for something you didnt sign up for. Had to change my bank account to stop the nonsense.

      ******** is a business that sells subscriptions for skin and makeup products. I tried canceling them twice . They still took out money out of my account after I canceled. I did a charge back with my bank against them , and ultimately I had to cancel my debit card. All because they would not cancel the account even after their robot customer service machine recognized I cancel my account. They have no 800 customer service number, and you can not email them. So unless you want to be overcharged by then for what you get from them dont subscribe to them. They are not worth it. When I cancel my subscription you dont keep taking money from me. And every month they take more and more money. So I dont trust their management.

      have been trying to cancel my boxy charm subscription 3 months ago I had send messages nothing i had blocked my cars too and they are persistent as soon as unblock my card Boom i get the charge. Now that they emerged with Ipsy it saying I dont have an account. I moved out of state Theyre sending boxes to a house i no longer live. Stop taking my money Refund me what you have taken
