      They still charge you after you cancel and can't reach a human only emails and a bot. Products aren't worth the price. Total rip off

      The products are fine, but I attempted to cancel my membership because I wasn’t in love with anything they sent. Suddenly the app started erroring out. It was so hard to cancel, but so easy to spend money.

      Yesterday, I put in a review about Ipsy owing me my refund. After calling my Chime bank, they explained to me in further details that Ipsy did refund me but, because I had other bills that get their money out, I never saw the refund on my transaction statement. So, now just disregard my last 2 complaints against Ipsy. The only thing I want back is my 1680 points I had on my original account. Eluisa canceled the wrong account. Thank you.??

      Terrible company - we did a few month subscription with this company in July of 2020. it was a small birthday present for my daughter. We stopped the subscription and I removed the CC that was on file. Last month April 2023 they said we started it again and my card was charged even though there wasn't one on file. At this point I have spent 3 days just trying to close the account but they are preventing me from doing that. I truly believe that this is fraudulent as my daughter didnt even know the password to get into the account. Good luck and if you are reading this run away from this company!

      Advertises personalization of their boxycharm level but doesnt allow personalization on first box or unless you are logged in two days a month. When you try to cancel it will purposefully hit Nevermind on button on the last screen instead of cancel. I had to go through the cancellation process a dozen times before it would accept it

      This company continues to taje my money after i have asked the not to. I have e~nailed them only for my emails ti ho ignored. They take money that i dont have resulting in overdraft fees

      They charged me for a cancelled subscription. Even when I followed the cancel rules. So many companies are starting to basically steal from people and I am tired of it.

      I have been trying to cancel my boxy charm subscription for over a month now as they have paired up with Ipsy & the products are not to my liking. I have attempted to login & it is stating I do not have a subscription, however I am recieving boxes monthly & they are deducting my payment. I have attempted to login with all of the login & passwords I have used in the past, just in case it was under a different email with no success. There is no way to actually talk to a customer service agent to discuss & take care of this matter. I will not be returning to this company as I feel if you are running a business, communication is a must. A consumer should not have to jump through hoops to discuss their account or cancel a subscription. I would like this taken care of asap. I do not want another box from your company nor should another payment be deducted. Thank you.

      I bought a gift card for a friend and she cannot redeem it. We have tried for 3 months now. No one is available to speak to. Everything is via email. ***** responds with either she was away or a pdf file of instructions. When I explain we followed all the steps, I get responses that have nothing to do with what I asked. I finally asked for a refund and she refuses to give it to me. Im in cyclic limbo.

      Ipsy charged my account a full 16 months after I cancelled my subscription. I had zero interaction with their website after receiving proof of my cancellation back in January 2022 until I saw the fraudulent charge on my account April 2023. At that point I accessed their website to file a complaint, update my address to my current location and once again cancel my subscription. When I provided proof of my previous cancelation they did refund me, but they also placed the blame on me because I accessed their website AFTER they charged me, claiming by updating my address and canceling for the 2nd time THE *** AFTER I WAS CHARGED I somehow caused the charge. The original fraudulent charge was corrected rather quickly (a few days) but it's a slap in the face to be blamed for them charging me 16 months after I received proof of my cancellation and then to claim it's my fault I was charged simply because I reacted to the charge by updating my address and ONCE AGAIN CANCELLING.
