      This is an AWFUL company. I received one 1 box. I was billed for two more monthly boxes and they never shipped. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! Also, they do not have customer service, so you can not contact anyone about the issues. I canceled through my credit card because they will NEVER cancel your account.

      Ipsy is continuing to take money from my account after I cancelled 2 months ago. No one answers phone or emails me back. Something has to be done. They are no good crooks!

      If I didnt have to rate them, they would receive no stars. I jumped in on what was supposed to be a special bag offered with an influencer code in February. It is now April and I still never received my March bag from a February payment. I cancelled, or thought I did, a week ago and I am still being charged. They have a 20 step process for cancellation that I am certain is illegal. Apparently I didnt respond yet again to an email in order to fully cancel the subscription. This is ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about them.

      I cancelled Ipsy back in 2017 or 2018. I have continued to receive since 2021 no matter the times that I have cancelled and unsubscribed from this company, messages and account information, I am not sure if it is a "hacking" situation. Regardless, I try to contact the company (several times since 2021), you cannot contact anyone. It is frustrating when this used to be a great company at one point. I would LOVE for someone to reach out to me and PLEASE remove me from your companies list. Thank you! Signed, an upset ex-customer.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE WEBSITE IT'S ALL BS. THEY TOOK OFF THE OPTION OF CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FROM THE *** AND IT GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND NOW. I PURPOSELY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE PAYMENT WOULD BE DO. WEEKS BEFORE!!! AND STILL GOT CHARGED, I CURRENTLY AM NOT WORKING AND IM A SINGLE MOM. I MADE SURE TO CANCEL IT, JUST TO GET CHARGED STILL. AND WHEN I GO ON THE WEBSITE IT SAYS I DON'T HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT???? SO WHY AM I BEING CHARGED, IT ALSO SAYS I HAVE NO BILLING INFORMATION SAVED ...SOOOOOO.... HOW DID I GET CHARGED!!??? AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOT CHAT BS IS AWFUL. NO REAL HELP. THIS COMPANY IS A F****** JOKE. WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP!!!!! RUN AWAY

      I have had account problems for a week. I can't access my 2 ipsy accounts, nor can my mom access hers 2. Not happy at all. I get error messages. Tells me to reset the passwords to the accounts I can't do it, I get error locked due to security purposes reset password to access, I can't still access any account no matter what. And I've done all that's been suggested to do clear cache, browser history, tempt to reset password , different devices no luck Can't access anything. Ipsy customer service slow to reply or doesn't answer my questions at all. I wanted to skip my subscriptions and my Mom hers also for ***** , I fear money will be taken from our accounts without knowing it. I can't access anything to do anything. Not happy need help with this issues my accounts and my mom accounts might have been hacked or something.

      I cancelled my subscription the minute they told me what lousy samples they would be sending. They went ahead and took the money out of my account anyway and I have not received the lousy samples. When I tried to contact them they sent me to a site that wanted even more monthly money to process my refund. I will have to contact my bank to make sure they dont continue to try to take any money from me. They are a true scam. You can try to call the number they listed but all you get is a recording to contact their scam. They need to be stopped immediately!! Dont fall for their scam!!

      What a terrible company. I have been a member for a couple of years and there's always a shipping issue. In at least half of the months I needed to contact IPSY about shipping. Either they fail to ship, and don't ship until the next month, typically leaving off items that were chosen or added on, or their so-called "shipping partner" holds on to it for several weeks before it moves on to DHL. But February 2023 has been the absolute worst. I'm convinced IPSY is a scam. They claim to have shipped February but did not. There was a tracking number, but when I contacted DHL, *** said they never received the package. Two days later, the tracking number was updated to "not found." When I contacted IPSY they said I needed to wait until March 6th. I couldn't get them to understand that they never shipped in the first place. And I haven't heard from the rep. assigned to my ticket since. I've emailed several times and created a new ticket, but I have not heard anything back at all. Unfortunately my only recourse is to do a chargeback. I encourage anyone using IPSY to be very careful and use PayPal for the buyer protections. Best yet, just stay away.

      I usually love my boxy charm boxes and am satisfied with the products I receive however the box I received last week was really disappointing. For some reason I was given 2 primers so I didnt like the lack of variety, I was given several really dark almost black lipsticks I would never choose something like that. I need them to give me things according to the way I customized or theres no point. Think Ill take a break

      Ive had the worse experience, not only are the items listed very misleading with different Fl/oz I reached out to boxycharm sent pictures I also read the description and it was still wrong. They also said they reimbursed me for some Brushes I never received and until this day I have not received my money they sent out sample size foundation and charge half retail price! What a joke I follow the proms talking to the automated robot receive a follow email and nothing since. I also saw it happen to a lot of subscribers worse thing Is You cant get in contact with no one about it Ill gladly send the items back I need my money back!
