      Terrible company! Only use Bots to respond over email, app site and over the phone. They charge high prices for their memberships, with no follow through on orders, missing items, late packages, no tracking number, charge early, constantly bombarding you with new things to buy before even responding to what youve already paid for and havent received yet. Spent over $64 thats just gone down the toilet with no accountability on their end. Will begin the suing process, they need to be hit hard. I am seeing way too many complaints about them!!

      I have been trying to cancel my account since December of 2022 and yet bags keep showing up and now March is on the way. I have tried to go through their online channels but I'm not a fan of jumping through hoops when I've decided to be done with a service. Because of my frustrations not only would I NEVER sign up for their services again but I have been actively discouraging friends from even looking into their services. Glambot???? What a joke. I ask for help and I get suggested articles and information about upgrading my account. **************** is not what is once was. Now with so many choices and companies who actually know how to take care of the paying customers, Ipsy will be a thing of the past.

      I ordered a glam bag plus in January and still have not received it I put a help ticket in to get help and was sent an email stating it would be here March 6th due to their shipping dates here it is March 6th no bag and now the tracking link is not working I want my money back but somehow I know I'm going to be ripped off for my money and my product I ordered

      They scammed me out of nearly $300 by signing me up for a subscription I never signed up for (in addition to the one I had). When I started receiving the other subscription (a "Refreshments" bag), I tried to contact them to ask what it was, why I was getting it, and to make sure I wasn't paying for it! I never heard back. They continued to charge me and when I finally was able to contact them they said they don't do refunds and that when I signed up for the ************* bag, there is a box signing me up for the refreshments bag as well that I would have had to uncheck to not subscribe to. It's a tiny box, you can barely see it hidden in a bunch of other advertising and ********. I don't think it's technically illegal to do that but it should be. They said they would cancel my refreshments subscription, but not give me a refund for any bag. And then, I continued to get charged for the bags. I ended up having to cancel my entire credit card and get a new one. This company should not be allowed to operate.

      This company is a scam. I would choose zero stars if I could. I canceled my subscription, only to keep being charged for it month after month. I have attempted to contact them but there's no way for customer service. The virtual assistant isn't helpful and I attempted to contact them via ******** messenger, which was suggested on their "help" page. I have not received a response. I have had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card company and to write about these issues here. This is a frustrating scam....***********************!!!!

      I have tried numerous times to cancel this account. Followed their cancellation procedure to the * several times since December. Still no cancellation. When I finally had an online chat with their customer service they wanted me to subscribe to another website that ask for my credit card info. I'm still not canceled.

      I have had some not so great experiences in the past Boxy Charm. I decided to give them another try, and boy was that a mistake. Here we are almost at the end of February, and my box still isnt here. Some third party sent an email stating they are waiting to receive my box from Boxy Charm. ***************** I believe. I emailed customer support last week expressing my disappointment and magically at the exact time my box apparently had shipped and I magically got the email as well. What a scam. Sometimes, makeup is the only thing that gets people through their day, think about that next time.

      I've been a subscriber since Feb '21... I signed up expecting to start getting the Base box in March (since it was Feb 18th) and signed up for Luxe at the same time... they started our "relationship" off by charging me for a Luxe Box for DEC (which had zero items that members received in the Dec '20 box - instead it was a bunch of old crap), a Base Box for Feb (which again, did not have the usual Feb 2021 items, just old items), AND a March Luxe Box! I had all 3 charged on my credit card at once - without my permission. Unfortunately, I wasn't as aware of what was and wasn't okay for a company to do since they were my first experience with subscription boxes - and I did not know that the items were super old until later (again, I wasn't familiar with how to check with companies and stuff like that). I ended up staying with them until Feb 2023. I just canceled after 2 years of poor customer service and sub boxes that kept getting worse and worse, despite the price going up. At the beginning, they had good boxes but now, they just send garbage, they NEVER follow your quiz results and preferences, they have impossible to use customer service, they ship very late now, and have so many other issues! I was supposed to get a replacement December 2022 Luxe Box after the 1st one was lost by the US shipping company (or so Boxy claimed). They promised to send a replacement and kept leading me on to believe them until the begging of FEBRUARY 2023! At that point, they said "oops we're out of stock" - but we're still selling the items for the December box in the Drop Shop! It was extremely frustrating! This was NOT the 1st time! Then, the metaphorical straw was when they teased us by offering an item as a choice item for Feb '23's box - then en masse, MOST of the people (incl myself) who chose that item were told it wasn't coming and were offered $6 in the Drop Shop! It was a classic bait and switch! Overall, they have horrible business practices! I don't recommend them!

      I have 2 separate subscriptions & canceled 1 nearly a year ago. They continue to charge me for both bags. I never received the bag I canceled, but continue to get charged. They DO NOT provide a phone number to contact them. This is unlawful & a scam!! Do not waste your money on giving them your business.
