      This company is the worst. They told me the only way to read the contract was to answer questions on an iPad which I could not read small print and foolishly I believed them. In 2019 I signed a contract and immediately tried to cancel it but they sent someone out convincing me that with the Solar Rebates( Tax Credits) which I did not receive I would help conserve energy and save money on my Power Bill. They installed panels in February 2020 the Covid prevented being connected to power grid for several months. My power bill did not go down and was told I needed 15 more panels after 39 had already been installed. This resulted in another loan but my power bill did go down to minimum surcharge until this month when the panels monitored by Solar Edge failed to deliver the usual energy to FPL. On the 12 th of the month the panels stopped delivering ant energy to the power company resulting in a $220.00+ power bill. I can not contact Meraki Solar and without them I can not contact Solar Edge to solve the problem. I am a 75 year old fool who believed in their promises and what a costly mistake that has been. I discovered they have a lien on my house and have to pay to have panels removed and pay the remained of the loan. These people are crooks do not believe anything they say or promise in writing.

      They install on bad roofs, they don't return phone calls
      They suck and as far as the new company Freedom, they are just as bad. I placed my first phone call in April 2024, as of August, I got into calling daily, and today Aug 21, 2024 still no response

      Meraki is a a predatory company built on false promises and agressive salesmanship. They won't stay off our property and keep sending their stupid sales reps to knock door to door in our neighborhood. Nobody wants your stupid ********t solar panels. I finally had to send them a cease and desist letter. If that doesn't keep them from knocking on our door, I guess I will have to call the cops next time and press trespassing charges.

      I had two representatives come to my home and talk to me about getting Solar Panels at the time. I provided them my utility bills and they stated that they can cut my bill in half. I have had Solar Panels now through this company for several months. My bill did not go down by half my bill went down by 25%. I feel that I was tricked into buying a product that is not providing what they told me it would provide. I want to have the solar panels removed and I want out of my contract. I do not want to have this service anymore because I’m paying for something that was not what was promised to me. I was promised that I would see my utility bill go down by 55%. My bill went down by 25% so I am stuck still paying utility bill and paying the cost of the solar panels that was not what I was told prior to purchase. I did reach out to my sales representative to let them know that I had concerns. It has been 30 days since I let them know that I had concerns. No one has reached back out to me about this.

      I need to have solar panels removed for a new roof. The company does not respond to calls and messages.
      This solar was installed after the big storm Sept 28 2022, The damage was so severe to the roof, the panels have not have been installed in the first place.
      Even the permit was pulled j7st a few days after the storm.
      I really need these panels removed and don't want them reinstalled. I've been calling every day for a couple wks and not getting anywhere with this company.
      Roof needs do8ng ASAP.
      Roofer just waiting to remove solar panels.

      If you are considering purchasing solar with Meraki who is now Freedom - STOP!!!!! Please reconsider. We purchased panels with Meraki and currently need to have them removed and reinstalled for roof replacement. I have made MULTIPLE calls, different quotes, random invoices, requested to speak to a human being and always told they are in meetings and will have them return your call. I has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a return call. I cannot get my roof repaired until I can speak to someone at Meraki/Freedom to get issue resolved!!! Meraki has gotten their money and now I mean NOTHING to them especially now that they are Freedom!!!

      We have had nothing but issues from Meraki from being lied to about the tax rebate/refund to being sold a system that does not cover the entire electricity bill and then two years later Meraki coming back wanting to selling us more to cover the electricity bill. Not to mention the reliability of the current system going down constantly with various problems from the communication of the cellular device to the connection of the inverter and its production or a few panels here and there. Also we had to pay almost twice as much as some of our neighbors for almost the same size system as our neighbors just in different installed years. Never going to recommend them as their sales representatives lie to get sales.

      Horrible company!!!! We have been dealing with them since March. The whole process was very sketchy. And now we are paying for both a huge PNM bill plus a huge solar bill!! No one contacts us back what so ever. DO NOT GO WITH MERAKI. very unprofessional ppl to work with. Funny thing is before it was installed, several different people were calling me back to back trying to schedule me!

      Im very disappointed because once again our solar isn't working. I feel we shouldn't have this many issues. I noticed my bill for FPL which made me look and found out our solar wasn't producing. I called meraki and they said they showed and alert on June 2nd and nothing was ever done. Don't sell product if you don't stand behind it. I should have been contacted about it so it gets fixed. I'm starting to regret going with meraki.

      2nd year after installed…Once installed Meraki customer service is nonexistent. We found our inverter was defective by a box being delivered. We’ve been trying to find out more information with no response. We called the number on the box which was only a recording saying we know your system is down. When you call the company’s phone number you get a recording claiming that someone will be with you. I was placed on hold three days in a row over an hour each time when I attempted a phone call. Their online website contact request does not work either. This is very frustrating and not at all how our salesman claimed their service would work. Not only is our monthly electric bill higher than we were lead to believe it would be, we now have a system that isn’t functioning
