      I've had my solar panels since November 2022. They seem to be generating as much power as I typically am using - I have had to pay Florida Public a bit in the winter. And there is still a connection fee and local fees just to be part of the grid. But on the whole I'm pleased to generate most of my electricity and my payment to the finance company is about what I had been paying for electric in 2022. I imagine that would continue to go up. I have been using the tax credit and that's been the real savings. Could the guys be better at explaining the difference between a rebate and a tax credit? Probably but it's buyer beware right? I'd be interested in hearing how durable people's panels are. Mine are churning out the watts so far. Fingers crossed!

      I recently chose to look into solar After Careful considerations through customer firsthand experiences events and Meraki came out onto top. Customer Service was on point product has been working well for over a year no issues. Perfect couldn’t ask for better craftsmanship everything happened exactly the way they said it would. Vince is super easy to get ahold and does a great job following through look forward to referring everyone that ask about my solar.

      Today is Sunday 2 June 2024, I have no power. I tried calling customer support and there is NO customer support on Sunday. I tried contacting the Meraki website and no response. How and why are my lights out on an overcast and rainy day? I’m having to use the kitchen at someone’s house to prepare dinner for my kids. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

      On 6/4, you notified our office that this was an issue with your local electricity company, rather than your panels. In the future, if your system were to go down, you would still have power since you are connected to the grid.

      I was scammed by another solar company for 2 years and they were very little help to me. Now I am happy to get great service to get my solar panels and a new roof thay was desperately needed!!!! Tyler at Meraki (Sarasota, FL division) did a great job fixing everything the other company had screwed up.

      We were ambushed by the representative of this company who came knocking at our door, promised us reimbursement money from the government, forged our signatures, signed a contract using false signatures, and installed these solar panels without giving us much information about the process or what it was expected from us.

      Company straight up screwed my Mother over which is the worst feeling ever. They locked her in a deal which took forever to start. They installed some panels but did absolutely no trenching for the wiring. She waited 6 months for them to finish and nothing happened. Their work permit expired and had absolutely no inspections completed. When my Mother had asked them to cancel the work they got lawyers involved saying that she had not let them finish. So now they’re charging her for something she doesn’t have. Unfortunately my mother can’t afford to pay for the loan and the electric bill at the same time so is now put in a tough spot. Seeing my go mom go through this hard and would never trust this company again.
