    DO NOT USE.They're a HOAX, a FRAUD. Have not received my order placed on 7/18/23.Have not received answers to any email inquiries (5 plus)Have not received phone calls returning any of my calls (5 plus)It will be a miracle if my cups show up.I am reporting this charge on credit card as fraudulent. It will be a miracle if my cups ever do show up or if Sleeve Supply responds.

    Order cups on May 31st, proof was approved June 2nd. Now it is Aug 14th with no confirmation of completion, delivery or any response as to the status of the order. Can't recommend this company at this point. No response from multiple emails.

    I placed an order with sleeve supply on 6/7/23 and was told delivery would be in 4-6 weeks. Today is 7/31, no cups and zero response despite repeated emails and phone calls. This company is a complete scam. Reporting this as fraud to my credit card company.

    wish I'd seen this thread prior to placing my order. I too got the silent treatment after placing an order, called, and emailed, only when I threatened to call our credit card company for fraud did I get a response. Basically, their ordering enticed us to order more on our initial order because ****+ meant shorter 2-3 weeks (vs 4-6 weeks) in production time. Larger order = priority. Its been 6 weeks, nothing has shipped. Don't bother with customer service. That is, if you can get a response from anyone.

    We do apologize if there was any confusion regarding the lead times for our custom cold cups.  As indicated in our reply to your emails, we do not offer a shorter lead time for larger orders and we're not quite sure where you may have read that.  The current lead time for custom cold cups is approximately 4-6 weeks and that would apply to an order of any size.  Your order is still progressing on schedule and is expected to be completed on time.  If you have any further questions regarding the order please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly at ****@sleevesupply.com.

    This is a fraudulent company. They take your money and pretend to be creating a product for you. Once your order is placed, they send a confirmation email that makes you think your order is being produced, but then go silent. Their phone number leads to a voicemail with no name. I've filed an official complaint and I would recommend all do the same if you've been scammed by this company as well.

    Our company is by no means fraudulent and would certainly never "scam" anyone.  You placed an order on our site on 6/29 and requested that it be expedited ahead of our normal lead time for delivery on 7/19.  While we do make every effort to accommodate these types of requests, unfortunately it is not always possible to guarantee an early delivery especially during periods of higher than normal order volume.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have already processed the cancellation of your order per your emailed request.

    I have ordered from them before knowing we had a very long turn around. But this $2500 purchase I have not received and have waited for over 3 months with no response. Im about to turn over as fraudulent charges. They do good work but good luck getting your product or any communication. Very dissatisfied

    STAY AWAY FROM SLEEVE SUPPLY! Please do not order from this horrible company, I placed my order back on May 30th 2023 and they quickly charged my card and sent me a proof on 6/2/23 which I quickly approved that day. I have reached out via email and phone calls multiple times and have yet to get a response from anyone. The lack of communication is unacceptable especially when people are spending a lot of money on your products. I have not received any tracking numbers or updates on my order and if this continues, I will have to reach out to my lawyer for help because this is not the way to do business.

    I placed an order and received confirmation on 6/26/2023. There was no lead time given on the confirmation but reading other reviews it appears 15 business days is their standard. We are now past 15 business days and I have received no correspondence. I have emailed, called and left a message, and tried online chat. Consider this company at your own risk!
