Im highly disappointed with this online reseller. I have 14 years old cat with Urinary disease. I tried to buy Rx diet can food for him, which I have been buying for at least 10 years, just for the records. While ordering, website asked to upload authorization (Rx). And I did it, but it didnt go through. Ok I called the number (help/support), I ended up talking with the person, who OF COURSE, had very little clue about Rx food for cats. And she got very concerned and scared, because I tried to order the food with the word stress on it. C/D line of Hills contains multiple choices: just C/D, C/D anti-stress, C/D + metabolic ALL ARE GOOD FOR THE **** WITH URINARY PROBLEMS. Doctors know it, cat owners know it and IT IS STUPID, ANNOYING AND TIME WASTING TO WRITE AT THE Rx EVERY SINGLE TYPE OF CAN FOOD, the cat can be eating! The persons, who are working for the Chewy Company are completely non-educated zero, non!!! So after that person (Chewy Company) did eat about hour of my time, they still were in a big doubts if they can sell me the food Ive been ordering. And I finally cancelled the whole thing. After uploading my very fresh (renewed) Rx for my Cat food. I think I wont try again to buy through this Company. Ever. And I think: the Chewy Company has to be restricted from selling special Rx pets food since they dont bother to hire professionals (simply because they dont want to pay decent money, so they hire absolutely low educate people, who cant make their own decisions, cant take any responsibility, and do not interested to educate themselves).Chewy, Inc.

**************** has plummeted. Authorizing scripted food takes longer than had before and then shipping is now days longer as well. So when you need food to feed your animals you better be able to wait 7-10 days for your order! I used to be able to order when I knew I had maybe 2/3 days left of food and it would deliver right when I need it. Now you need to order so far in advance and most people dont work that way.Chewy, Inc.

We recently lost our dog of 14.5 years. It was very traumatic and painful. We had just purchased a large bag of food and dental Treats from chewy. They gave us a full refund and asked us to donate it to a local shelter.The next day we received a bouquet of beautiful flowers from Chewy for sympathy for our pet. That was so heartwarming and unbelievable. We are forever a customer of ********************** and we tell everyone we know about this story. I gave 1 because of their shipper fed x . Chewy has no control over the way fed x handles the customers packages!!! Chewy is a good company at the mercy of fed x. I deserve to be treated with respect. More than 5 times the Gruver of my route has left my dog's food only God knows where. I do not believe tke driver knows where. He has a mental disability and a moral issue. I tollirated this idiot from Jan to April. I am finished with Chewy unless they remove that incompetent drover!!!Chewy, Inc.

The pharmacy and the company in general is so incredibly incompetent. Aside from the fact that my shipments are always damaged, which obviously could be a ***** issue however, most of the time it looks like whoever is picking the items at the warehouse is just throwing them in the box because the items themselves are damaged, but the box is not.Anyway, for the last two years, Ive been trying to get my prescriptions filled for two of my animals and they keep sending the prescription request to the wrong veterinarian. So now I have a dozen fake credit card charges for orders that the company keeps canceling. I dont know how to keep fixing this because nobody in that company understands whats going on. I keep telling them that they are sending the request to the wrong company so Im sick and tired of chewy.Chewy, Inc.

Chewy.com is honestly a scam. They are quick to take your money yet they take forever to return it especially if you are using something like Affirm. They will cancel your order within minutes if you don't have your pet profile filled out and then claim the order was suspicious. I dont have pets so I guess I am screwed there because my animals are *** not pets nor fur babies. They will use retaliation by canceling your orders as well if you file a complaint against Chewy.com with the ***. No wonder they have canceled ************ a row and chalked it up to suspicious activity on my account. They also discriminate against the blind, deaf, and those hard of hearing. Their website doesn't offer an verbal help when it comes to the blind neither does their app. I honestly would stay away from Chewy.com and go elsewhere.Chewy, Inc.

I have had nothing but problems in the last few months when ordering from chewy. FedEx is who they use and most of the time I only receive half of my order and have to go buy the product that I don’t receive. Which in turn I’m paying double for that product. I live in Ohio and the excuse I got today was it’s a weather delay. Ummm how did I receive part yesterday with no problem? But today it’s a weather delay mind you it has only rained. There has been no update since 5:02 pm yesterday and it is now 5:44 pm and nothing has been updated. This will be the last time I order from chewy.Chewy, Inc.
