      Exceptional costumer service and value. I have used Chewy primarily for our pet needs for the past 4 years. Over the past two, even more as my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and required frequent supplies and medication. Not only did they deliver when needed, but when he sadly passed, they did way more than I would expect from a company. They helped me refund his last order of supplies and let me donate them. Additionally they sent me flowers as well as a personalized condolence note. It was so touching and I will forever be a costumer because of their care and exceptional service. I felt as they they saw my pets as a member of the family and truly cared

      Terrible was on the phone from the time that they could not deliver package. There was an error with package at 5 AM to the time that the package was never delivered for 14 1/2 hours going back-and-forth with Chewy to ***** and vice versa package was never delivered. Package is delayed another week and a half will never shop with Chewy again representative do not care. Terrible customer service absolutely horrendous. Would never shop again keep your friends keep your pet. Keep your family away from this company. They are terrible.

      We understand that when you, a valued customer, make a purchase from our site, you expect to receive your product in a timely manner and in excellent condition, ready for your pets to enjoy. We also understand the importance of having an order delivered on time, and how this delay may have inconvenienced your pet family and your personal schedule.

      I reviewed your orders ending in *****, *****, and ***** and listened to your recent calls. I understand that an apology alone doesnt make up for the frustrating experiences youve had, and its clear we missed multiple opportunities to support you and ***** properly.

      When I called on 4/9/2025, I wasnt yet aware of the full history or the level of your frustration. As a Chewy pharmacist, my goal was to ensure you received the medication you needed and to make things right. While your account is currently inactive, I wanted to share what actions we've taken on our end in response to your experience.

      While we cannot control the actions that took place on the part of *****, I have noted numerous opportunities for service improvement across our team during my review of your case. These opportunities have been submitted to the leadership of the team members involved to bring awareness and correction to their behaviors.

      I've added back the 2 missing Heartgard Plus tablets that were lost after the order was stolen when delivered outside of your leasing office's hours. While your account is currently inactive, you still have a full year's supply of Heartgard Plus *****lbs on file for *****.

      If you'd like to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, they can call us at ************ and a Chewy pharmacist can complete the transfer. If you choose to continue with Chewy, your $200 gift card remains available, and I've added a note to honor 20% off your next orderjust reach out via chat or phone before placing it so we can apply the discount.

      To avoid confusion, I closed out the Milbeguard authorization, as it was the incorrect medication. For the rain-damaged treats from order *****, *** submitted a full refund for that order. Generally speaking, you should see the refunded amount credited to the account associated with the payment methods used for the order within 3 to 5 business days, though that timing may vary depending on your bank.

      Ill also follow up with the team to ensure a complaint has been filed with ***** for the missed Saturday delivery and Sunday drop-off outside your leasing office. In addition, Im requesting a review of the express prescription you mailed in February. Although it was received by our mail team on 2/26/25, were investigating whether it was misdelivered on 2/5/25 or delayed in processing. If applicable, a secondary complaint will be filed and our handling procedures reviewed.

      I have ordered from Chewy for years. What a great company. My beautiful cat Krinkles passed last week and I called Chewy to delete my account. Today there was a knock on my door Chewy sent me flowers with a beautiful sympathy note. What a company!!!????????

      My cat has hyperthyroidism it was recommended that Chewy would be a good option for her medicine to help get her severe case of hyperthyroidism under control. First time it took about about 6 days from request to delivery to get. I felt that was a bit long but chalked it up to first time setting up an account etc. I took my cat back to the vet where they decided she needed a higher dose.l of her medicine. I reached out to Chewy 6 days ago. To initiate the refill as her current prescription was running low. Ive since talked to them twice was told yesterday they need to verify my information even though they have it and this isnt the first delivery of meds from them and he said the medicine would be over nighted. I noticed nothing had been shipped so I called today. Spent at least a half hour trying to get resolved and explain to them I dont have enough of her medicine to get through the week, something I reiterated the day before as well. Finally they came back saying they will over night it and Ill have it Friday. Given that it is Wednesday, a Friday delivery is not overnight. The emails im receive regarding my order of meds would come everyday but an inconsistent message one was asking me how they did on the order. An order I have yet to receive. Bottom lines my cat will run out of meds before the refill arrives Friday. Ive had to ration what I have to get her this far. I have let the vet know the issues, and I wouldnt recommend Chewy pharmacist my worst enemy. I would not and will not recommend Chewy pharmacy ever. Luckily my vet has recommended me to someone else to get my cat her meds quickly and not a run around constantly. I dont see how Chewy pharmacy is still in business there is no sense of urgency or care. I dont have the time of day to be constantly calling them and staying on their case to get my cats meds in a timely matter. Which still doesnt come in a timely matter. 8 days is 8 days too long!

      Our beloved Bobby passed away suddenly. It was the hardest day for us. I contacted Chewy to cancel his pain meds. A few days later I received a small arrangement of beautiful flowers. I put them in the fireplace hearth above where he slept. It was such a beautiful gift for him. Chewy is so thoughtful and caring. They didn’t have to do that but they went the extra mile to comfort us in our time of loss.

      My baby girl, *****, passed away on Thursday. I talked to a Pharmacy Tech (*******) on Friday to cancel part of an order I had placed explaining that she had passed. This morning I received a knock at the door and it was beautiful yellow flowers with a note about how sorry they were for our loss. It said from ******* and your chewy family. I was totally blown away with the kindness that we received in our very difficult time. Put a smile on my face. Thank you ******* and the Chewy family! ??

      The most amazing customer service of any business Ive worked with, and thats saying something. ****** deliveries. I had an order shipped to my old address and they just shipped out a new one. Nothing I had to do, didnt have to track down and return the old one, it was just handled, no charge. Love this company.

      Ive used Chewy for autoship dog food for years. On average 2 shipments per month. Theyve been great. The pharmacy on the other hand has been nothing but challenging, inefficient unhelpful. So much so that while I havent found an alternative to a drug my pet needs, I have cut off my autoship on dog food and now choose to just buy local.

      They are not working for customer, prescription uploaded and then say still waiting from clinic. This is al the time doing these customer service. Not once but 8 out of 10 orders. They do not follow up the order at all.

      I did some digging and located several accounts linked to your information. It looks like the veterinary approval for your prescription diet is linked to other accounts and not the one used to place the order. Since prescription approvals are tied to specific accounts, this can cause delays in order processing.


      To resolve this, and to prevent future delays in approval, we recommend maintaining a single active account with the vet diet food authorization. Unfortunately, these approvals are not transferable between accounts. Please reach out to us, and we can work with your vets office to make sure everything is aligned for future orders.

      Too expensive and they use ***** as their primary delivery service which means packages are always delayed or lost. I always have to go out and purchase pet food from another store because I dont get my order as promised. I will no longer be ordering from Chewy. Its a waste of my time.
