      I try extremely hard to care for many feral cats in my neighborhood and relied on Chewy to help with the delivery of food and meds for these lost kitties. The cost is so extremely expensive, but I continue and look for Chewy to deliver ON TIME and hopefully no damaged boxes. Unfortunately, I have spent a lot of time on the phone EVERY month with Chewy due to damaged boxes and damaged food received. The most recent is where your company has completely dropped the ball. A ruined case of canned cat food. I called Chewy and they offered to give me a $30 credit for so much trouble.However, I must go out and purchase more cat food for at least $30 and then send a photo of the receipt of the purchase. After driving most of the day in 109-degree weather to find a cat food replacement (I originally ordered from Chewy), when I finally got home, there is the damaged Chewy box at my front door, that I was told by your chosen shipping company, Fed Ex. is not damaged. I have not yet received the $30. Again, another miscommunication and poor customer service. I called **********************, on a Holiday weekend no less, and was told by the customer service rep, to put the smashed cans of Cat food back in the box and send it back to Chewy. It is incredibly hot, and we are under a heat advisory here, not to mention I am over 70 years old, and this has been impossible for me to do for the feral cat colony I care for. After spending $300 to $400 a month for your company Chewy, this is what I am constantly being asked to accept continued changed dates for my orders, broken items in every shipment, and jumping through hoops to please your employees for my purchased replacement. Shouldnt this company be called the Chewy Circus?SHAME Chewy for treating animal caretakers so rudely and discriminatively. Horrible customer service.

      Discrepancy between weight of dog when I ordered nextguard and interceptor as I have for 5 years now. We the Vet filled out prescription 2 weeks later our dogs weight from recent visit went from 48 lbs to 55 lbs. Truthfully, weight was different cause she doesn't stand still on scale. So because I ordered I ordered for under 50 lbs a Chewy rep called me at 800am on a holiday weekend to CHEW me out like she was the *** with her Interogation tactics. I did not accept and she would not explain why nor did I believe this call was legit as she would not confirm a demanded I give her Information. I refused and said they had all my details already for 5 years. I recorded call. I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL!! We will NOT remain customers and canceled account!! BEWARE!!!!

      Ordered an item I needed to prep for vacation to make taking care of my cats easier for the sitter. Tracking info never updated from label created. I called Chewy to inform them prior to delivery date. They said dont worry about it, itll get there on time. It did not arrive on time. I called them the day after saying I needed this item in 2 days and they said there was nothing they could do. I would recommend going with a different company if possible due to their ineffective customer service.

You should have seen the refunded amount credited to the account associated with the payment method used for the order within 3 to 5 business days, however, that timing may vary based on your banking institution. As an additional courtesy, we also processed a free replacement order (ending *****). ***** tracking indicates that this replacement order is scheduled to be delivered on July 17, 2023.

      My pet passed last November but I forgot to cancel my auto ship food products from Chewy. Not only did they refund my purchase but they requested I donate the food shipment to a rescue shelter. They then sent condolence cards and even a bouquet. Their customer support showed extreme compassion and understanding (especially Brenda, Lauri and Monique). I will be recommending them to all my fellow pet owners. Highly recommended.

      Chewys site was applying a coupon to my account but after I placed the order, they email me and ask me to call so they can tell me I can't receive the coupon. Seems crazy. ******** has terrible customer service.

      Chewy use to be a wonderful company for pet supplies; however, over the past year or so, the products are always out of stock and the customer service is very poor. I had an item snatched out of my cart right at checkout today. Chewy sent me a 20% off coupon for prescription meds. I had to order two of them which are quite expensive so the 20% off coupon helped. Right at checkout, the more expensive medicine was snatched out of my cart. I did Live Chat and the person on the other end said it was in error and when they tried to put it back in my cart, all of a sudden it was out of stock. With all the competition out there, Chewy needs to become the company they use to be.

      Chewy is a wonderful company with great customer service. I lost my 15yr old dog Recently, not only did they refund my last order. But sent me condolence flowers for my loss

      I would not suggest Chewy pharmacy if your pet is sick. Prior my order I called and I was told it will take 2~3days after the vet confirmation, its been a week and the order is not even in transit. I wasted my time calling them numerous times and everyone said different thing. The supervisor promised overnight delivery, and its been already over 2 days and it is still not even in transit. My pet has been out of med and all because I thought Chewy pharmacy was reliable. I will never ever shop here. Extremely low quality service.

      Nothing can beat the amazing Chewy.com customer service that I have received EVERY time! The prices are by far the lowest and they only sell quality products. They also have the largest selection of pet products and once again, I can't say enough about the wonderful, friendly, genuine, kind and helpful customer service representatives at **********************. I have never dealt with a better business of any kind as Chewy.com is by far the best there is. I wish they could train other customer service rep's from other companies as they need to learn from their stellar service.
