We started using Chewy not long after they started business. They've been with us through four dogs and a lizard. From the beginning, they sent ** little handwritten notes and cards, which was adorable. But lately, they've gone above and beyond. We got a new puppy, and they sent ** a welcome package with squeaky tennis *****. They're his favorite still. I ordered 3 cases of wet food in preparation for the puppy's throat surgery, but the vet decided it would be unwise to change his food. I asked Chewy if I could return it unopened. They refunded my money and told me to donate the food to a shelter or rescue! And then they sent my puppy a get well squeaky ***** bear that he promptly cuddled and chewed to bits. Chewy Pharmacy does not honor their return policy of requesting refund within 30 days of order. In my case, my dog died (6-9-23) before opening the case of diabetic dog food and box of 100 syringes that was ordered 6-1-23. I called the day she died and requested a label to send everything back to them and was given a partial refund for the medicated dog food, which is a separate pharmacy at Chewy's for medicated food ($100.00) from the regular pharmacy. Also included was an order for one box of UltiCare VetRx Insulin Syringes U-40 12.7mm x 29G with 1/2 Unit Markings, which I was told is from the regular Pharmacy for Chewy's. So the Food Pharmacy at Chewy's provided a refund, but the pharmacy has refused to refund me for the syringes, stating the $20 discount given for the medical food department as Chewy's is considered a "refund" even though it was clearly marked a credit on 6-3-23 when they filled the order and NOT A REFUND, WHICH WAS REQUESTED 6-9-23 - THE DAY MY DOG, LACEY, DIED!Chewy, Inc.

1 starThey don't honor coupons that they send or advertise on their site unless they feel like it. The old bait and switch. I placed an order with a coupon they emailed me. They didn't ship for a week and then canceled my order and replaced it without the coupon costing me an extra $40. Giving discounts and then taking them away when you feel like it is not how you do business.Review fromCarol S

Last week my dogs medicines were lost or delivered to the wrong place. I called twice to get a replacement, and they said they could not expedite it, even though it was their fault that the medications were missing. They did say they would send out a replacement on June 7. Here it is June 13 and nothing has been sent. My dog has now been without her medications for almost a week, and they dont seem to care at all. When I called to inquire about the replacement, nothing had been done about it. I will now be disputing this with my credit card company for this $80 loss and I will never use this Service again, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Chewy, Inc.

6/10/23 I called Chewy on a Saturday about a missing order. Not only did a LIVE person answer within 2 rings , they replaced the order with no hesitation! This is unheard of in todays world. It was a $100 order. Chewy you have a customer for life!!!Chewy, Inc.

I had been with Chewy about 7 years ago and left them because they could never find my dog scripts and would just cause grief all the time. I thought I would give them a shot again well I got the first 5 bottles of meds for my dog at my address that I lived at now then tonight I see they sent my dogs mess to an address I lived at 7 years ago. When I am out of pills here at Chewy I will be leaving again never to return to this Shi show.Chewy, Inc.

I placed an order. Though my credit card number, address, and all pertinent details were provided, I received an email for "verification". When I called, I was asked the same details all over again over the phone. Then what is the point of online ordering?? Then for nearly three days no activity. Called again. Was given a vague time frame (parrot like message "you should be receving order in one to seven business days"...perfect... i kind of know this anyway so not helpful at all without a tighter delivery schedule). Nothing happened. Then order shipped and received after ten days. Worst customer service. This level of agility and customer service is unacceptable in this day and age when you can order on Amazon today and get it tomorrow. Chewy needs to 100% improve its shipping process and get the shipment started in a few hours after the order is placed. **************** should be able to provide more definite information and not vague info which is of no use to anyone. Horrible customer service and shipping which need to be improved.Chewy, Inc.

I was a regular customer of ********************** for years. My pet used a special food because he had pancreatitis. Chewy has an autoship process that is reliable and prompt. If I ever had a problem with my shipment they promptly refunded me for damaged product.My pet passed suddenly and a call to Chewys help desk was compassionately handled. The agent canceled my autoship, refunded my recent purchase and suggested that we donate the food where it could be used. She was so kind. A few days later we received flowers to honor our loss of our beloved *****. It was above and beyond what we would expect and signified to ** how much Chewy values their furry customers.Chewy, Inc.
