I dealt with a customer service representative today. Her name is ********..she could not have been any better! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and so patient! She is the type of person you would want to represent your company. Because of her I will only deal with Chewy from now on

This company is the best company. My Sookie dog was killed by a bulldog, I called them to let them know that we wouldnt need her flea pill anymore. They asked why and was very sympathetic about what I told them. A couple of days later they sent me flowers. They will always get my business.Chewy, Inc.

The only company I put my trust in anymore! Their shipping is fast and their customer support staff is absolutely the best. If Ive ever had any issues with damaged product or defective toys theyre so quick to fix the issue. Absolutely love this company!!Chewy, Inc.

They go above and beyond for their loyal customers with exceptional customer service and thoughtful gestures often. Chewy is amazing! We had a dog on prescription fluids, Chewy handled everything - contacting the vet and getting the prescription. But I did give a heads up to the vet so they did thier part. Once, the order changed and there was a glitch but at 10 pm there was a person who answered the phone and figured out what the problem was - btw, you also have to work with your veterinarian at the same time. The vets are losing money when you buy from Chewy as thier prices are significantly less, so keep that in mind. Chewy's shipping is fast and well packaged - I have never had smashed cans. Also, they are a warehouse for animal products. If you buy a product that has a history of a problem - contact the manufacturer. We have been using Chewy for over 6 years and only wished I had tried them sooner.Chewy, Inc.

I wish they had a rewards program. Its the only reason I switched to petsmart for the auto ship food. I love chewy- and would love it even more if they had a matching rewards program.Chewy, Inc.

5 starsI’ve never been more impressed with a company like I am with Chewy. I need a medication that will prolong my dog’s life for a few months. I tried CVS and they wanted $950. Chewy’s price was $62. It’s been a long day at the ER vet and both people at Chewy went out of their way to make it so I could get my medication as soon as possible. They put in a request to have it overnighted and gave me a discount for my trouble even though it was not their fault that I was struggling to find this medicine nearby. Chewy has always been there for me, but right now it means the world to me that they are helping my dog. Thank you Chewy!!Review fromHoganne W

My husband and I have been ordering prescriptions and vitamin supplements for my dogs and cats for years from Chewy. Within a 3 week span we lost both of senior dogs. Chewy had just sent us a a refill on their prescriptions and supplements. I called Chewy to cancel the subscription and start the process for a refund. The customer service representative was super nice. She cancelled the subscription and refunded ** the money. They told ** to keep the products (which we donated to a local animal shelter.) Chewy even sent ** roses. My heart melted as I read the note. I have never had a company care so much about my fur babies, to send ** flowers. I have nothing but positive reviews for Chewy. I always got my fur babies medicine well before I would run out. In the middle of the Covid pandemic when certain items were not available a customer service representative called me to discuss different alternatives. Thank you Chewy for helping keep our fur babies healthy and happy!Chewy, Inc.
