Chewy is quick, accurate, and compassionate. After the passing of my beloved Dexter, Chewy refunded me $200 worth of his prescription food. I will pay forward their generosity by donating all remaining food to a local shelter. I can't recommend Chewy enough.Chewy, Inc.

In the midst of a recent loss of a beloved cat, my friend posted the following news. "I would like to shout out with respect and appreciation to Chewy! This company supported me so much through all of my many purchases for Milkshake. In the end, with a pretty big order coming my way, I reached out to them and told them Milkshake had passed. Although the goods are still coming to me, they've credited my account for everything and told me to donate all of the items. Chewy took the loss of my baby girl and reacted with such kindness and concern. Ive never experienced that before, even with local vet hospitals. Chewy not only responded promptly and with a great amount of care and compassion, they also offered support* and comfort in a very difficult time. They also immediately sent a lovely personal* email, a separate email with bereavement support, and then a flower delivery (for the loss of our dachshund) the very next day after receiving the message from me that ***** had passed. Petco was the vet we used locally to have ***** put down (pain and suffering from several ailments), yet weve not gotten any support, no one has reached out to us in any capacity, no personal email (as with CHEWY), and on top of thatthey took *****s Paw prints, after putting her down, and said they would mail them to us in the mail, of which we havent received as of yet even though it would have been mailed and received locally. The worst of all, however, was that in all the time weve used Petco for grooming, as well as *****s passing, Ive never gotten a call from them to schedule a grooming appointment for *****, yet the EXACT MORNING AFTER their own VETCO put ***** down, I received a phone call and voice message telling me it was time and asking if I wanted to schedule ***** for a GROOMING APPOINTMENT. Like W O W ! I had to call and tell them to please let the grooming department know that ***** was put down the day before, at VETCO/Petco vet office. So, I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH, CHEWY! What a lovely show of acknowledgment and kindness. Were so grateful that we had your understanding and empathy during this difficult time.Chewy, Inc.

Love chewy.com. Orders alway come quickly. Auto ships can be changed at any time. Was getting medicine on auto ship for my cat. She passed away and i called chewy who cancelled all future orders without any problem. A few days later I received flowers and a condolence note from the person i talked to at Chewy . Will continue to use chewy for all pet needs.Chewy, Inc.

I received a mailer for a 30 percent discount from the pharmacy in Feb 2025. On March 2 2025 I tried to apply that discount from the mailer online for my order of Revolution for cats, 6 month supply. It rejected the discount code as well as an older one I had saved in a drawer. It stated Revolution was not eligible for a discount. I then called Chewy's toll free number. The *** I spoke to put me through the paces, identifying me as a current customer, asked for both discount codes from the mailers and was unsuccessful applying the codes to my order. After ten minutes on the phone with her she then attempted to transfer me to the pharmacy to try and complete the order with the discount code form the mailer. Instead, I was disconnected from the call after wasting 10 minutes. I then called again and spoke to someone else and explained everything a second time. I was then transferred to ******** in the Pharmacy. He also attempted to apply the discount code unsuccessfully. He then offered me a $15 discount from the total of my $189 order. I asked why he couldn't offer me the 30 percent off from the mailer. He said sometimes those offered don't work. I gave up after a total of 21 minutes on the phone with three different people and placed the order. My question to chewy is why bother sending out a mailer that specifically states its a pharmacy discount if it doesn't work? If there are exclusions for certain products then put it on the mailer! Don't jerk people around. It's just a waste of time for the customer and your employees and makes customers frustrated and mad like I am now. I've encountered problems before with chewy and mailer coupons. Most if not all are sent AFTER I have placed an order which is worthless.Chewy, Inc.

Generally speaking, you should see the refunded amount credited to the account associated with the payment method used for the order within 3 to 5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

In today's fast-paced commercial world, it is rare to encounter a company that genuinely cares about its customers on a personal level. My experience with Chewy, Inc. has proven that such companies do exist, and they go above and beyond in ways that leave a lasting impression. I've been a loyal customer for over seven years and have never experienced any issues. My orders arrive fast, they contact my vet to approve medications etc. Sadly, our dog passed away a few weeks ago. I had to alert Chewy to turn-off my autoship order. A few days later flowers were hand delivered to my house with a letter from ******* and Chewy expressing their condolences for our loss. There are no words to express how much that meant to me and my family. Whenever we get a pet again I will go back to this company.Chewy, Inc.

I am so sad while writing this but I ordered our dog new food on Sunday which arrived on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, our Lizzie crossed the rainbow bridge Monday morning. I contacted Chewy via the chat and spoke with Jade. Had an amazing outcome. Not only did they provide a refund after hearing of her passing but sent a beautiful little flower arrangement and card. I was only a customer for a whole two days! This is an amazing company!Chewy, Inc.

Chewy is the worst. I placed an order over the phone with a representative of chewy. She confirmed my order and last 4 of the card on file. But she never placed the order. And now my puppy is extremely sicker than she was 2 days ago. Now I have to take her to a 24 hour vet, make me want to sue chewy.... I don't know why people apply for jobs they don't want to do....I hate chewy now....Chewy, Inc.

I placed an order was told it would be here before Valentines Day my dogs birthday. It was decorations and her gifts. It was running late so I told chewy I had to go out in a snowstorm to get the party hats and decorations you can keep those. They said no problem the package will still come just donate the item you didnt need and we will refund your card. Then they proceeded to cancel my WHOLE order and told me if I want the other stuff I ordered to re-order everything and they will charge my card again.! Why would I let you charge my card again when you lied about my order and NEVER refunded me. They said I should get a refund in a week but thats no good enough. I used my personal account to place my order but little does chewy know I spend THOUSANDS a year for my animal rescue . Ive since canceled all autoships because the shipping and customer service has gone down since the pandemic. When I asked for my package they offered $10 off and to charge my card again. UNREAL and UNACCEPTABLE send me the package I was told I would get .Chewy, Inc.
