I am so disgusted and disappointed with Chewy! After trying to get medicine for my cats for two weeks, their pharmacy tech blamed me for the order being late. First they asked my vet for the wrong pets' prescriptions, then the order was lost, then I was told a new refill would be overnighted, then I was sent an email to confirm my address on Friday which I responded to immediately. Now it's Sunday and my cats are supposed to take their medicine tomorrow and now Chewy is saying the order still hasn't been shipped and it can't be overnighted after all. My cats' health is now endangered because I don't know when or if I will get their medicine from Chewy, and my vet won't give me a refill because they'd already sent the prescription to Chewy twice. Horrible customer service, and an inexcusable way to treat my cats. Shame on you, Chewy!Chewy, Inc.

TRIED TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED THAT MY 15 YEAR CAT NEEDED TO HELP HIS BREATHING WHICH IS FAILING. THE PRESCRIPTION HELPS HIM BREATHE BETTER. FOR 2 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TOLD FIE DIFFERENT TORIES AS HOW TO GET THE PRSCRIPTION FILLE. ALL THE PEOPLE AT CHEWY WERE WORRIED ABOUT IS HOW SORRY THEY WERE FOR THE PRVIOUS PERSON, WHO DROPPED THE ***** AND SO ON AND SO ON FOR 2 WEEKS AND 5 TO 6 PEOPLE ALL INCOMPETENT AND ALL TELLING A DIFFERENT STORY. MEANWHILE MY PORR CAT STILL DOES NOT HAVE HIS MEDICINE. I SPEND AT CHEWY OVER $3000 PER MONTH THRU 3 DIFFERENT SOURCES (BUSINESS +PERSONAL).I WILL BNEVER SPEAND A DOLLAR EVER WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.....JUST AWFULChewy, Inc.

I cannot stress how impressed I am with Chewy as a company. The night after we had to let Jacob go, we got notice that a box of his stuff was about to ship which wasn't a fun email to get at that time. At 3 am we were able to call and speak to an apologetic rep about having it cancelled, and to have all notifications stopped to avoid further pain. That was incredibly awesome, but it was a few days later that really blew me away. We had to pick up Jacob's ashes yesterday, and when we got home there was a bouquet of flowers on our front doorstep. It was from Chewy, with a condolence note on the passing of our little guy. I know it's probably just a standard thing for them to do as a company, but it's one of the most generous things I've ever seen a company do for someone who's told them of a loss. You expect a condolence email or maybe a card, but a vase of flowers was incredibly surprising, and very welcomed. It's stuff like that that really brings some comfort to a family that needs it, and I will forever recommend them to anyone who has pets. I'm truly grateful for their help and going above and beyond with their customers. Thank you from our family.Chewy, Inc.

Chewy has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! Better than Amazon! I needed to cancel an order so I called and they picked up on the first ring and fixed the problem in 60 seconds or less! I would give them a 10 if I could!Chewy, Inc.

1 starChewy.com advertises "Free $30 eGift card when you spend $100. Code SHOP." but when my chart was at $161 I was told my purchases didn't qualify. I called customer service, and they informed me that I needed to have "qualifying" purchases. No where on their website does it indicate "qualifying" purchases. 5 starsI had an auto ship for my dog of medication he needed. He was put to sleep yesterday and I couldn't cancel the meds in time. The box showed up today. Was heart wrenching to get the box to be honest and I knew the sound of the fed-ex truck was delivering this painful memory.. $165 medication... and my dog is gone. I called Chewy and was treated with love and respect. I received a full refund and was told I could donate the meds to a shelter. The people you talk to at Chewy treat you like you are a person with feelings... sharing the joys of their animals too. They made this so easy and painless as there is enough pain in losing my dog. There is a specific litter box that has many many reviews of having the same defect. Same exact defect across many reviews. I initiated a return and had difficulties with the return and honestly some on my part with forgetting to follow up with the company. My issue is with this specific product being still sold on their website with so many of these products having the same issue they give me the its out of the return window. This product is being sold knowing that its flawed and customers are paying the price. My $400 litter box should last more than 30 days they need to issue a recall on these products being sold to unsuspecting consumers. After so many defective units sold something needs to be done with holding this company accountable. *************** ******* box is the product in questionChewy, Inc.

My mother recently passed and money has been tight because we lived together with 2 incomes. Now that I am trying to navigate with one income I have had to change a lot and give up some subscriptions. Grief is overwhelming. I have felt so alone in this because I was my mothers only child. The silence is deafening. When I spoke with a customer service representative, ******, she took care of everything for me. I was more than satisfied with her help. Then after a very rough night, the next day I had a flower delivery. It was from ****** and the Chewy Team. It reminded me that even though I may not have my mother anymore, I am definitely not alone. This kind of customer service and kindness is rare.
