      You sent my order to my old address. Your customer service people called me up to tell me that you will send it to my house and then you cancel the order ,let's be honest ,I will not be dealing with a ******** company

      Chewy has the best customer service of any company I have delt with. I get automatic orders every 2 weeks and I have had to call a few times. Not because of the products, but because of Fed Ex, either dropping my order at the end of a long drive or not receiving my order. Whenever I have had to call I get a live person immediately, I don't have to hit any prompts. That is unheard of with any other company. They have always made things right.

      I am a big fan of Chewy! I have 2 cats both that are on prescription meds. I order their food, cat litter, accessories and prescriptions through them. I have had two incidents happen with them. Once I got the dog vs cat version of their canned food and also got wrong size insulin needles (my fault and my vets for approving it). Their customer service is phenomenal! Every time I chat with them, it is quick, efficient and they fix the problem right away! I am always refunded and they have even credited the shipping fees when the issue was not on their end but on mine or my vets end. They have exceptional customer service in a world where that is very rare today! Also love how quickly things come when I order them! Very Happy customer!

      I called today regarding a medication refill. Both Douglas, the frontline rep, and Christine, the pharmacy rep, went above and beyond to make sure my pet could maintain her dosage of medication for her Cushing's disease. Generally speaking, the Chewy app is user friendly and easy to check on autoship medications. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Chewy.

      Outstanding I cannot say thank you enough to Chewy for their very over and above service provided when I called in regards to 2 packages that were delivered after I put my dog down.The **************** was unbelievable.First - they of course expressed their condolences Second - they credited my account for the 2 shipments before I was even off the phone with them Third - they did not want me to ship back the items, they said if I chose to, I could donate them to a shelter Fourth - I received a nice little bouquet of flowers with a little sympathy card signed by many employees.I have to say, I did get teary eyed. I cannot believe how over and above they went for me and can't thank them enough for making it the easiest call I ever made - there was nothing they expected me to do, they wanted to make it as easy as possible as they could and I have to say they did.Thank you so much to everyone at Chewy for your outstanding Customer Service.Sincerely,***** *********

Friendly, kind, professional HUMAN BEING greets you with a helpful attitude appearing most intent on resolving any concern, working to give you a favorable outcome to maintain your business.       1-3 days is a scam. Just told my order AFTER they already shipped would be another week. Order even says 1-3 days as a confirmation. Seems like shady advertising. Would have been so easy to send an email before shipping asking if I still wanted it. Now I will have to store the other large bag since I have to go to the store and spend 69 more I wasnt planning on.

      I have several pets and feed 2 feral cat colonies. I have placed several orders to chewys and have been happy until my last order. I placed the order on Jan 5 and still do not have the delivery. Supposedly they sent a replacement on Saturday and delivery may be tomorrow. The first order was returned to chewys by fed ex. They did credit my account $15.00 but I am a senior citizen and it means I have to go to store to get enough food for the cats.The first order was sent from ****** to ********** even tho there is a distaste in **. I live in *****. Please do better Chewys. I realize things are impacted by storms but please post on your web site to expect long delays!
