    I contacted customer service today to schedule an emergency appointment with an a/c technician. I was lucky that I was connected to ****** who is understanding, polite, caring and very professional. Explained to her that I am out of town and I would need to make arrangements with service staff in our condo. She made valuable suggestions and recorded the details and made sure to read them back to me. In the reviews below I read about *****, the a/c technician who provided outstanding service and hopefully he will be the one to solve the a/s problem. Thank you!

    **********************, Who is the contracting department supervisor, has been very helpful to me in the past and more recently. She is more than confident extremely gracious and when she doesn't know something she explores the avenues to assist the customer.     ******* in customer Service was a delight to work with. After having requested a letter required by ******* verifying that my ice maker had to be replaced, with two other staff members yesterday, the letter was never received.I guess because it was never written. Within 5 minutes of my request and her having verified the service call yesterday, the letter was on my computer. She should be commended for her efficiency and professionalism. ************************* *********************************************************************************
