5 starsPride sent Jacob J. on a service call for my A/C unit. Jacob was here on a prior occasion and did a terrific job of diagnosing and solving the issues. The same thing was true today. When I called Pride I was able to get service the next day. ***************************** tech#**** came out along with ***** his trainee. He was most pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I told ***** he had an excellent trainer! ***** replaced the nozzle on the kitchen faucet without asking and listened to what I was saying. He gave me other options should I want to replace the kitchen faucet. I was very pleased with his service and feel he is an asset to the company.
