    AC unit stopped working over the weekend. Tech, ****** was so patient with elderly customer - explaining the process and providing options. We were provided a portable AC system and stayed cool until installation of new unit. The whole experience was excellent and seamless thanks to ******.

    I have had a Pride Service contract for many years and I can recommend them without hesitation. From the repair personnel to the customer service staff, they have been great. Special shout out to ****** in customer service, she's awesome!

    Great service and friendly repairmen. I've never really had any problems. I've had their home warranty plan for several years now and it's better than any other plan I've ever had. The company I used before came several times to blow out my AC line. The 2nd time I called Pride, they offered a better solution and installed a pump and I haven't had that issue since then.

    I had ***** from pride come to check on my ac unit, he was able to find and fix my **********. Very happy with his service and friendliness. I would highly recommend him.

    I just renewed my contract with Pride. I have had them for many years. This year, however, I feel the contract is deceptive! They have raised their price A LOT, which I figured was expected. What wasn't expected was that they took off the *** next to 5 items in my list. That *** is replacement... something I've paid extra for all these years. I believe they should have put this drastic change in bold red letters on the front of the redesigned contract! I didn't notice this change until I compared my contract to all my previous years, then noticed the difference!Very unhappy with this deceptive practice.

    Just had a leak under my kitchen sink, the technician who came to fix it was named JIMMY 2180 he was wonderful, fixed it in time, a great asset to your company, thanks Jimmy, ******* *******

    Pride came out within 24 hours of reporting a leak. Service people were very knowledgeable and explained everything. Put down drop cloths to protect our property while working. Very pleased with Pride
