  I have nothing but great things to say about my service call from Pride Air Conditioning today. The technician, *****, was very knowledgeable and professional. My air conditioner was leaking and he fully explained why it was leaking and how to take preventative actions in the future to minimize the problem. He then thoroughly drained the unit inside my house and went outside and vacuumed/drained the piping in the front of my home. He also applied a special pan strip as a preventative measure for the maintenance of the unit. I was so relieved to know that the leak in the unit was fixed. And thanks to *****, I came away with important knowledge on how to maintain the unit. Thank you ***** and thank you Pride. 2 ???? up for a job well done!

  Very accommodating. Service call scheduled promptly and technician even managed to come earlier than expected. I believe his name was **** and he was very nice and fixed the problem promptly. Would recommend Pride to family and friends.

  have had pride appliance repair contract for a number of years and for the most part have been completely satisfied with their service. my a/c went out the day before thanksgiving and this a.m., *****, came out. he was personable and compassionate as to my husband's health issues and the need for a/c and am now waiting for a new motor.

  Yesterday my spare toilet clogged mid-day. Pride came to my rescue this morning, the day before Thanksgiving and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. *** the tech was just terrific! Been using them sin e 2015. Thanks for the great service.

  ************ the technician from Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance came out to service my air conditioner, ************ was great, he was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, he has troubleshooting *********** used them to service my air conditioner. He also took the time to explain things. I highly recommend ************ and Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance.

  This morning I had a Pride A/C/ Tech come to my house . The problem was the AC drain pipe. The Tech found the leak and he not just repaired the pipe he also took the shield off the unit and found water on the bottom of the unit. He drained the water and he was explaining to me the cause of the problem and how to prevent this from happening again. I really felt that he really cared about the customer.

  This company is the absolute worst. Every time an appliance breaks down it takes months and months to get it fixed. My complaint this time is a stove which the burners stopped working properly in January of 2023. Fast forward to October 31, 2023 and I still have only one small burner working properly on my glass top stove. Every time they order a part which takes a minimum of 6 weeks because they probably get them directly from ***** because they are cheaper, the parts are the wrong part. So they order a part again and that part doesnt fix the problem. They never seem to diagnose the problem only guess what the problem is. This is going on for eleven months tomorrow. I dont believe this company has any intention on fixing my stove and is just waiting for the contract to expire. I paid extra for replacement, if they cant fix it they should replace it. When I call to speak to a supervisor or manager they tell me someone will call back and they never ever do. It seems my only recourse is to take them to small claims court for breach of contract. Please stay away from this company unless your a gluten for punishment.

  ***** is excellent. Our problem was fixed quickly. I am very satisfied. We have Pride contracts on both our homes and my mother had Pride contracts for many years.
