    I ordered some perfumes from Alt Fragances, the poor packaging used caused all bottles to come broken, all perfume dripping inside the bag. customer support team has ignored all of my messages, multiple of them and provided no resolution to the issue, also this company has submitted fake evidence to my bank in order to win the dispute, the reality is product ordered was not received because all bottles were broke, i need a refund

    I received damaged products the perfumes also smell horrible but overall 75 percent of what they sent leaked through the bottle because it wasn't tighten or packed appropriately in addition there is no customer service help I've asked for a refund original order didn't get 20 percent of my total sent back also as promised I don't want a credit I want what I Paid back my order number is alt1267192

    On November 25,2023 I placed a new and first time order with ALT fragrances for the amount of $126.15 On December 12th 2023 the same order was completely returned through **** I paid $9.55 for the shipping.The items purchased were announced on all social media as the clone of Baccarat Rouge perfume but it was not true,I decided return them back.I'm still waiting for my full refund ALT fragrances refuses reimburse me in the same way I paid,they are offering me store credit only.

    I placed an online order on 1/2/24. The order was not shipped. I was contacted by the vendor by email and told that my order had not been shipped and that they considered my order lost. I requested a full refund of my money since my order had not shipped. The vendor refused to issue a refund and indicated they have a no refund policy. Since the order had not been filled, had not been shipped, I wanted them to simply refund the money to my credit card. As of today, 2/15/24, they still have not issued the refund or shipped my order. I am not trying to return an order that was received. I am attempting to get this company to refund my money on an order that they have NOT shipped me. I am confident that I am not the first customer that has had this issue with this company.

    I ordered 4 bottles of cologne from ALT fragrances on 1/23/24. The order arrived late and was wrong. The fragrances did not smell anything like the advertised fragrances and did not last for more than 20 minutes once applied. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but only get autogenerated responses and email responses from customer service offering store credit. This business should not be allowed to continue to falsely advertise a product that is not what they claim.

    I had bought 3 bottles of perfume, 2 ******* and 1 SimpIy Another spending $114.00 I emailed the company and asked them how to return 2 of the 3 perfumes I ordered, they did not smell like they were advertising and it seemed like water with a faint smell. I did as the directions stated on the website on how to do the return. The company received the returns on 1/2/ **** at 9:30 am. I did get a store credit for the one bottle, but not the other. I have been emailing customer service about the other credit and now they have gone silent. I also received an email from the ***** saying he was sorry and that he added a $15.00 e-gift card to my account, well there is no gift card or store credit to be found. I inquired about how I find them & why they were not showing in my account. I also emailed the *** and had no response. I sent them the return numbers for each bottle returned and have had no response. I think they should now refund back to my account.My return numbers that were in the return envelop were RMA2794562 and RMA2794562.

    Purchased product 12/14/2023 and never received product. Confirmed with seller and with shipping company that there is no location of package and seller has also confirmed that package was lost in transit. I had already replaced the product and asked for a refund and they refused stating they only allow store credit or exchanges but I dont have anything to return to exchange and honestly I dont even want to do businesses with them anymore due to their lack of customer service and would like my money back because I still have no product. Tracking number DHL ****************************** and has been lost since 12/19/2023.

    I ordered fragrances from this company, on Dec 18, 2023. On December 21, *********************************** transit to DHL. Still till this day, tracking is showing that it's still on the way to shipping company. Attempted several emails and tried calls to the customer service info provided, no reply or resolution. I am worried that when I ask for a refund, that I'll only get store credit from a company that has not even delivered the original product yet.
