I placed an order in sept through affirm to alt fragrances. The order required a signature at delivery. The day the order was attempted to be delivered, I was not home but a note was left to reschedule for another date. I rescheduled and received a confirmation email. The new delivery date came and went with nothing received, but the order showed as delivered. I reached out to alt who then said sometimes orders are marked as delivered and to give it more time. After waiting another two weeks, I still received no package. I reached out to affirm, who funded the order as a pay installment order, reached out to alt, and they stated they do not give refunds. They have not offered anything from September to December as far as a replacement. They stated they would sent a new package out, but after 4 months with nothing I do not want a package, I want my money back. I have sent multiple emails with no response, and have kept track of all of them. I have filed a dispute multiple ***** with affirm, and with shop pay, as well as a direct complaint. They have closed all of them with no resolution or no follow up on the actual issue. I am 4 months out from my order with no package, no replacement, no refund, no alternatives, no compensation, no NOTHING. I dont want a new package, the customer service and lack of communication has been terrible. I want the loan/installment cancelled and I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I was looking into buying a perfume today. I went to PayPal but never hit send or anything. I just saw a charge from this company on my credit card. Not even listed through my PayPal activity. I believe this website is a hacker or something and will need to change my credit card information now. I feel like my credit card has been compromised. I see a reversal of charges now as well but why would they even be on my credit card? Seems scammy.Initial Complaint

This litigation in regards to order #ALT ******* placed on December 5th 2023@ ALT fragrances. As soon as the order had been placed I demanded cancellation. The company representative could not cancel but also failed to deliver on time as they lost my package. The company's refund policy states refund only in the form of store credit for exchange or return. Since the order was not fulfilled due to negligence of the company I demand for refund back to original payment credit card. I have attached the email responses from the customer' managers. They do not have any support phone number and are running a con system to confiscate clients' money. The consumer protection laws and regulations have instate principles that businesses are expected to follow. The ************************ (FTC) has guidelines on deceptive and unfair business practices.If a company fails to deliver goods or services as promised, or if there are issues with the product, consumers have grounds for a refund not the store credit.Initial Complaint

I made an order last Wednesday 12/06/23. Order number #***1076812. My order was for pick up at the sawgrass location. Shortly after I received an email that my order was ready for pick up I received an email that my order was shipped and when I checked the status of the original email that my order was ready for pick up it stated that my order was picked up. After seeing this I assumed that the store was out of stock and you all were shipping one to the store because of never entered a shipping address. I received an email yesterday that my order was delivered, when I tracked the order it doesn't show a shipping address but a ***** zipcode, I checked the address for the *** store at sawgrass where I set the pickup location for the zip code is *****. I have no idea where my order was sent, i have emailed both support and the **** Support isnt even reading my emails its sounds like a bot response. Please refund my $44.57 or send my perfume to the store for pick up like I ordered it.Customer Answer

I received my order on Dec 2nd. My order was suppose to obtain two bottles of ******* no. 23 perfume, but I received one bottle of a different perfume. I reached out to costumer service/support team with a response saying they will be in touch within ***** hours. I waited 4 days with no response. I then sent another email to costumer service receiving the same response. It has now been almost 11 days without anyone being in touch. On 11/27/2023 I purchased a bottle of the Alt ******* 23 perfume, 2 oz. They said it was delivered to my mailbox. I did not receive it, and it is impossible to put anything in the tiny slit on my locked mailbox. I contacted the company via email as this is the only way to reach them. No phone number available....red flag. They did respond once with an offer to send a replacement, but never received anything. I tried to email again, but they never responded again. Just blew me off, and ripped me off. When you try to reach the email CSR department it leads you to a page that states, error, page does not exist. I purchased from the company 2 weeks ago. Order took over a week to arrive but whatever. However when I receive my order one bottle has completely leaked through the entire package, I then see I have only received 2 out of 4 items. I email straight away and receive a response straight away saying no refunds offered but theyll give me store credit if I like. So I respond and say ok fine Ill take the store credit seeing and I cant get a refund. I purchased a fragrance allegedly close to Bacarrat Rouge 540. And didn't get shipment information. Only after reaching out to them I was sent a tracking number which at that point the item was already out for delivery. They advertise their fragrances to be in very close competition with designer brands and their product smells like toilet water. they also advertise free returns "satisfaction guaranteed * and when trying to return an item you don't get your money back. The ************ are store credit at discounted price. **************** stops responding to your emails after you make a purchase. I'm $46 short on a "fragrance" that smells like an old lady with no option for money back. I have sent 4 emails to customer service asking for my money back and they completely ignored my request. I just want my money back.
