    I never received my order. I contacted customer service and was given a tracking number and monitored the shipment but my local **** is still awaiting the receipt of the product almost a month later. I wish I'd checked the BBB first. I've also had several unauthorized purchases on my debit card after using their website. I have never had this issue in all the years I've shopped online.Avoid Alt Fragrance at all cost!

    Do NOT buy from this company! They are scammers. They will send you a perfume bottle full of alcohol only. Damaged too. Product leaking everywhere. And when it comes to asking for a refund. Store credit only. Disgusting company. They will ignore your emails too.

    SCAM! They delete all negative reviews. They will send you an incomplete order with damaged items and refuse to refund your money! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I will seek legal counsel. They are scamming people out of their money and refusing refund.

    I received an incorrect order that did not have what I paid for inside of it. Additionally, two of my perfumes were so old they were extremely discolored and burned my skin when I sprayed them. I contacted customer service and they made me provide photographic proof, which I did within an hour. They then ghosted me and wont respond to any attempts for communication. I never got what I paid for and they are ignoring me and wont give my money back.

    I recently purchased two bottles of fragrance from ************* and had a terrible experience. Upon using the product, I immediately noticed that it smelled overwhelmingly like chemicals and NOTHING like the perfumes theyre suppose to replicate. Even worse, it caused me to develop severe blisters and a rash on the areas I applied the fragrance to that lasted for a week. The reaction was so bad that I had to seek medical treatment, leading to additional expenses.I contacted Alt Fragrances customer service to request a refund. Despite explaining my situation multiple times and the adverse reaction their product caused, the representative only offered me a store credit. I have communicated with them four times, clearly stating that I do not want a store credit. Given my reaction and the medical costs Ive incurred, I do not wish to purchase another product from them.Their refusal to issue a refund and the inadequate response from their customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I believe customers should be warned about the potential risks associated with their products and the companys poor handling of such issues. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from Alt Fragrance.

    The customer service is so terrible. I returned a product, which one spray told me it was unusable, and was very careful to include a copy of the email with all of the pertinent information. They had all the information they needed to process an exchange but would only email me back with a canned email about responding within ***** hours. What they dont tell you is that their response wont directly address your needs, but receiving another canned response is considered responding in ***** hours. They received my returned item on 3/14/24 @ 8:34am and as of today, 3/20/24, I still have not spoken to someone or had anyone directly address my issue. Additionally there is a price difference between any item I requested in exchange and instead of crediting me the difference, I was offered the same $20 unlock on another purchasethe same thing they offer to anyone who makes a purchase, instead of crediting me the amount they owe me. I want to warn others not to deal with this company. Something is very not right.

    I placed an order in 12/6/23 and received an update the day I was suppose to receive my order that it was delayed. Tracking showed no movement for a week so I reach out to customer service where I got robotic responses of “sorry for the inconvenience” or some other ****. It’s going on 30 days I haven’t received an update on my order nor will they credit me a refund. This place is a ****!!!!!!

    Not all of my fragrances arrived, the ones that did were broken. Emailed customer service a couple of time and no response. Also tried messaging on social media and still no response.
