  I made a purchase on 12/13/2023 and paid ***** more to get it by 12/18. Got a tracking number with *** and stated on 12/18 it was out for delivery. It never came. As of today, they are stating its under investigation. ALT Fragrances is not responding. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I will make sure to let others know that they SHOULD not deal with this company. Looks like I am out ******. ALT Fragrances want the money but provides NO help for customers after they have purchased the products. BE AWARE!!!!

  Fraud, fraud, more fraud and inconsistent with their products. This company has conflicting policies and inconsistencies in their practices. First, I do research well. They claimed DHL lost my package. NOT. DHL never received a label or my package. The emails they send are generic. They said they dont offer refunds but store credit. I personally know that they have offered refunds to other people that are different from me. Im banking that they discriminate and are inconsistent based on fraud as they do not have the products in stock that they are trying to sell. Fraud, by not offering refunds to keep your money and not producing a product. Giving the runaround hoping to wear you down so that you just forget. I placed an order in November 2023 and as of todays date, still no product. They have poor customer service practices. If you have received an order, I almost guarantee the next order will be just like mine.

  I don't even know where to start. I ordered two colognes from this shop. The colognes did arrive today, November 28th, however... They both are the wrong colognes. Then I go to their shop and submit a refund request. Please beware, they will not provide you refund into your card that you made the purchase with (which is fishy). I thought that was fine since I wanted the product but here is the second catch. I paid $91 for my order. When I requested the refund, I got $71 dollars. So I have to pay extra money to order what I already had ordered before. That is straight up scammer behavior. What they are doing is not much different than robbing someone. I have all the evidence to prove what I said. I have everything available to support this claim and am ready to report this business to the legal channels.

  Terrible cs ,terrible co.pany all around. If you don't like the fragrance they say send it back we will rei.***** you, instead they keep sending this awful fragrance. They ignore my numerous emails.

  I've ordered about 8 times with ALT since discovering they make the best dupe for Alien. It has been my signature scent for years and I have never in all my years of searching found any company to make a dupe before ALT??about a week later dossier did and I have purchased their version as well. After owning all 3 brands; the orginal Alien, ALT's version(terrestrial) and Dossier's all at the same time hands down ALT wins! I have not purchased any other fragrances from any other company since. ALT smells exactly the same and lasts just as long as the designer brands in every fragrance I've tried. They also made several suggestions of some other scents I may enjoy with similar flavor notes and I now an obsessed with their version or Baccarat Rouge(Crystal 23) I love that not only is every thing so insanly inexpensive compared to what I am use to paying for designer brand but their is constantly a sale going on and you earn points to redeem for money off future purchases or free sampler and pocket packs travel bottles that are flat perfect for your purse. After each purchase is delivered they follow up with a text to ensure you are happy with your purchase and I have had a couple times where one of my bottles wasn't functioning properly when I informed them they have responded and shipped out a replacement within hours and sent it for free expedited shipping. I now have every male and female at my tattoo and Piercing parlor ordering from ALT fragrances plus majority of my clients now as well! When you are working in a small space extremely close to clients they notice how smell. So when clients walk on the front door and i am in the back office(100ish ft away)i can hear them say dang it smells so good in here it is thanks to ALT. No more stinky men or women to work with and my whole shop smells like Baccarat/ Alien?? Makes a huge difference in first impressions. This company has their customer service and fragrance team on point! Agree to text for best discount codes!

  I ordered a variety pack of 3 different cologne scents. They sent me 3 of the same fragrance instead. I emailed them yesterday and sent screen shots of my actual order and they refused to send me a shipping label, refused to give the full amount refunded to me, even though it was error by them And argued about the fact that I ordered 3 of the same scent. I would never have done that. I sent them all the info they requested and they stopped replying to me. Today, I disputed the charge with my bank. I don't recommend A.L.T fragrances to anyone!

  Ordered three fragrances over memorial day weekend , used holiday discount and saved money. The fragrances themselves are great and I get compliments all the time. Looking forward to next purchase of different scents. Tracked delivery and everything went well .

  My first order was for the Alt. Crystal No.23 for my girlfriend as a token of my appreciation. I was thinking I could get her a new scent to add to her collection, not thinking much of it, once we received though, game changer. What an addicting scent, it triumphs over all her previous scents (versace absolu, YSL opium, etc). The experience was great. I then decided why not get myself something, I went for Alt. Executive No.26 and hands down has the same effect as No.23 but for men! My girlfriend loves the scent on me. The only issue I had which was very quickly taken care of was the delivery, for some reason it was deemed undeliverable and then was delivered a couple days later, not the end of the world. Unfortunately, my bottle was initially not sealed correctly and so it was leaking. I was pretty amazed to be able to smell the perfume through the box still closed. Long story short, I reached out to Alt and they handled the situation in a timely manner and offered a hassle-free experience. 200% buying from them again, I just havent gotten a chance to personally smell the other scents in which they are inspired by.
