      HSN is a scam just like Amazon. charging your credit card when they feel like it with no email, no call and when you sign into your act it shows payment received, but when you talk to a rep they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. BE WARE........ Also the stuff they advertise feels like Fingerhut products. cheap.................

      Return policy on defective items - horrible! I purchased a mini-fridge in November, its not working in January. Its on flex-pay - so two more payments HSN wants me to cover shipping on a *****lb appliance- upfront. Ill be reimbursed by check or store credit. They didnt have any problems taking payments from my checking account - maybe reverse that and refund my money!!! Its defective!! I didnt do anything wrong!! HSN sent me defective merchandise! And, they even gave me a deadline to return. I generally like the convenience of HSN, but I wont make any other purchases. They return claim a label cant be sent to me by January 31!!! How about emailing it - its ****!! In all fairness, I have purchased other items with no issues. I dont think *** ever had to return anything. Just be clear on the return policy when making purchases - even if the item is defective. So disappointing. Im one small fish in a large sea, but after my last flex payments, Im done.

      False advertisement! Ordered and paid for a shoe cabinet. Never received! Strongly suggest to do research on companies that market online products before placing any order. Unfortunately I didnt and Im another victim along with a bad review!????

      I've had an HSN card but hadn't used it for years. Out of the blue, I receive a notice that if I didn't use the card within so many days, they would close the account. I used the card twice and then paid off the full balance within one month.All of a sudden, I get an email reflecting that I had a balance (?) When I checked my account, I realized that they had lowered my available credit from $1,024.00 to $38.00 without any notice. I contact them and was told that it was due to my credit? Again, I hadn't used this card in years, no late payments with any other creditors.I immediately paid off the now-reflected $61.97 balance and closed the account. This is horrible business practice.

      Bought a very expensive Christmas tree it was a today's special value. Unboxed it December 12th couple of the branches were broken the snow that they said would not fall off was everywhere and the remote control it would take a scientist to figure out how to use it. I started calling them on December 14th to get my prepaid return label. Seven Representatives, and two supervisors all kept saying they were putting in the request or it had been mailed out the last time I was told the 29th of December that I would have it by the 10th of January. Still no label, so I went around them to the company who made the tree. That's when I actually started to believe this was going to happen. She put the label in the mail for me 2 days ago I should have it by Tuesday hope and pray all I know is the stuff that I was told at HSN I've lost all faith in doing business with them and I was a customer for years. Then this morning I got an email from HSN letting me know they heard that I was not satisfied with my tree and that the label I've requested may not reach me in time to return it in the time frame of January 31st. Telling me they want me to pay for it myself to send it back that I have to insure it they're not going to be responsible for any loss or damage. I could not believe the absolute Gall of somebody to send an email like that to me when all I wanted was them to send me a label in the mail and they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Each representative said they were reporting this incident, yet it's been almost 30 days and nobody from HSN has reached out to me at all. Going forward if I ever buy anything else from them I will use my Bank credit card I know they will stand behind me I will no longer be using hsn's credit card that's for sure

      The worst service I ever had. I was told my order was returned at first, it wasn't. I was hung up on several times. They lied to me several times, and were very condescending and rude. Even the supervisors. They would never send me confirmation on any of the things that they said they were doing, it's still not resolved. I would caution anyone thinking of using this service.

      I made payments based on the fact that I would call and make monthly payments and they would stop withdrawing from my account. They continued withdrawing from my account even with my monthly payment. Which cause an incredible amount of bank issues.

      i placed a order paid the first payment with them and it was cancelled due to incorrect phone number . i called to correct it they couldn't use the first payment . so i had to pay and place another order. Now that order is cancelled because i wanted to have the item sent to my job because i wont be at home. I called them again and now they telling me i have to wait 72 hours to get both payments back sent back to me. I'm furius!!I will never place another order with them. So unorganized. You didn't wait to get your money for the item!! Why i should have to wait to get mine.

      I am appalled that HSN is selling a pasta sauce for the "sale price" of $39.99/ 2 jars, reduced from $49.99. HSN is also promoting beef meatballs at a "sale price" of $99.99 for 4 lbs. That is ridiculous and it is taking advantage of the consumer , as the mark up in price is over the top. SHAME ON HSN AND THE GREEDINESS OF THIS COMPANY. A Registered Dietitian for over 48 years.

      They denied me for flex pay based on the fact that someone with my address owes them money. I have never had an account with them previously or HSN which they said is associated with their company. I have 3 neighbors in the building and Im sure there have been others in the past, the fact that you can associate my neighbors debt to me based solely on the fact that we have the same address is wild.
