      HSN is false advertising and uses fake deals to pull shoppers in.I goggled it. Because prior to me googling it I thought I bought a pair of Hey Dudes from them and I never received them. Do not trust this site.

      20 years and now its so bad Im leaving them for good. Quality and service is terrible. Im so dissatisfied. High prices and very low quality merchandise. Such a shame.

      Wish I had read reviews before putting in an order. I just ordered on Flexpay plan money was taken out of my account $250 and than received email order was cancelled. Company should approve or deny before taking money out of someones account and turn around and cancel and they still have not refunded the money they took out. First and last time I will buy anything from this company I will pass info on to family and friends not to do business either.

      HSN sells under cabinet lights that very shortly will not charge. By Bright Living. Many reviews with same problem. Hsn sends you to warehouse Bill who says warranty for Six months. HSN should take care of its customer complaints not send me to find answer that I purchased JUNK. Beware I will change my buying as rechargeable lights should last years.when used rarely. Some things are not as they seem. I will buy from sellers who are on their customers side.when there is a problem.

      Is ordered a product that they lied and say was delivered. Then when I called back to either get it replaced or a refund. They said they did not have the Product available. It's obvious they never had the product in the first place and was trying to keep my money. Horrible communication and rude raps.

      First time customer, took forever to get package, not very friendly and return process sucks. This is why other competitors are getting bigger with better service. Never buying anything from here again, it just not worth it!

      I ordered headphones. I paid for the headphones. THEN my order was cancelled because HSN says their "partner" over promised and they did not have the product. This was a "fake deal" and false advertising to pull shoppers in. Now I have all my Christmas money tied up with this company. I placed a number of other orders as well. I cannot get any of the money back in my bank until I receive all the orders I placed, arrange for returns, and then wait 4 more days after somebody logs it in the warehouse. And then I have to try to reshop, but only after this company has had my money in their bank for nearly a month. I then have to worry about all amounts being correctly returned to me. I'm sure this dishonest company will try to stick me with multiple shipping charges and I will have to spend more time fighting with a person who knows nothing but "I'm sorry" to get all my money back. This is not acceptable. It's outrageous and I thought it was illegal. HSN is false advertising and uses fake deals to pull shoppers in. I'm disgusted.

      I ordered a Sherpa quilt in the order time allotted and it was on extended ship. I kept getting e-mails that the order was getting ready to ship and probable time of delivery was October 27, 2023. I then got an e-mail informing me that the order was cancelled. When I called customer service I got "sorry" without an explanation. This is not the first time but it will surely be the last time I do business with HSN.

      I'm confident that HSN is legitimate but they go to great lengths to appear to be scammers. I ordered a TV on 10/5 with delivery by 10/19, On 10/10 I got notification of shipment. The shipping is via a no-name 3rd party. The tracking info takes customers to the 3rd party's website which (wait for it) has no record of your order number. A call to the shipper lands you on the most convoluted voice prompt system ever. No way to reach a real person, A call to HSN yields the response that the Customer has to contact the shipper (how?). I further learn that the shipper will contact you to schedule delivery 10 days after shipping confirmation. Keep in mind shipping confirmation did not happen until 5 days after my payment was drafted which means not to expect a call to schedule delivery until the day after you were supposed to have the item. Bottom line, HSN is proficient in taking your money then you are on your own. I apologize for anything bad I've said about Amazon. Never ever consider HSN if the item is available anywhere else.

      I ordered several items one was a laptop with printer I placed my order and my card started alerts when I checked my order HSN TOOK THE LAPTOP OFF AND TOLD ME I ENTERED THE CVV CODE INCORRECTLY YET ALL THE OTHER ITEMS WERE CHARGED. I CALLED THE MAN FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY TOLD MR HES SORRY OT SOLD OUT NO SIR I HAD IT 20 MINUTES BEFORE IT SOLD OUT. HE SAID HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING OKAY THAN CANCEL THE REST OF THE ORDER AND REFUND MY CARD SURE HE SAID. NEVER AGAIN!! OVER CHARGE ON EVERYTHING ANYWAY. IT WAS WRONG I HAD IT IN MY CART AND IT WAS REMOVED AFTER THE CC WAS BEING PROCESSED THAT WAS WRONG
