    Absolutely the slowest company and poor communication. Beware doing business with this company. They received my item on December 2nd and after 6 days of not hearing from them I asked for them to return my item as I wasn't interested in continuing doing business with them. Got an email on December 8th saying my return request was put in a queue. Here it is 4 days later and they still haven't sent my item off.

    I'm sorry to hear that our service has not lived up to your expectations. Our business experiences and uptick in volume during the holiday season and as such we do need a bit more time to process all of the trade-ins we receive. We do state on our website and emails that it could take on average anywhere from 3 -5 business days to process your device. You package was received on Dec 2nd and on the 3rd business day you requested we send it back to you. It then ended up on our return queue and is being shipped back today. The tracking number has been emailed to you.

    I now see another email from you requesting us to now continue with processing the device. I will reach out to my shipping department to see if we can stop the return from shipping out and process the trade-in today.

    I requested a quote for my Apple Watch from the company it's worth more .com I was sent a shipping label to send my device to the company upon receiving shipping instructions I recorded myself removing the iCloud on the device so that it can be used by I was told I would receive my compensation in 3-5 business days once they received my device December 2nd after 3 days I was then told it will take 5-6 days to receive my compensation on the fifth day I was then emailed and told it would be 7 days now after all these delays I receive a email saying they cannot offer me money for my device because it is iCloud locked which it is not they have offered no proof that device is locked and I believe is trying to scam me and illegally take my device I have pictures from my iCloud showing the device was removed I also have videos showing me removing the iCloud to prevent exactly what is happening now I feel this company scams and illegally takes there clients devices without compensation by saying they are iCloud locked and hoping the client doesn't follow up and abandons communications I am asking BBB to intervene and get this company to offer any evidence that device is iCloud locked give me my compensation or my device back My claim number is ******

    We've been in communication with the customer and provided them with photo evidence showing the device was received still linked to the customers Apple ID. The customer has since removed the device from the Apple ID which was verified by us and we've proceeded to continue with our inspection.

    I sent them a phone to sell (offer #******). I paid for insurance and a quick processing. They sent me a prepaid label and I dropped the phone off to mail to them. After a week of not hearing anything, i reached out to them and they said they never received it, even though I used THEIR label. They said they would start an investigation and after that, they stopped responding to me. They are a very shady business, as soon as they have a problem, they just stop responding and hope it will go away. I want the money you said you would pay me for my trade in. I would highly recommend against using this company and go somewhere else with your used electronics. They will steal from you and then ignore you.

The claim was filed on 11/9 and we informed the customer that it could take up to 8 weeks for UPS to complete their review. Unfortunately we are at their mercy and have reached back out to them for an update and will be providing one once we hear back.

    The last email we received from the customer was on November 9th which was promptly responded to. We have not received any additional emails since that day. We request the customer forward these emails to us once more at [email protected] so that we can promptly address their concerns.

    We're in the finalize stages of wrapping up the claim and will be emailing our decision regarding this claim directly to the customer.

    Should there be any additional concerns the customer needs addressed, they can continue communication via this case.

    The ** quoted prices for me to send in two used cameras. Upon receiving them they claimed the **nditions are not up to their standards and therefore adjusted prices downward by over 40 percent. I disagreed and asked them to return my two cameras in the **nditions I sent them in, in ac**rdance with our agreement. However repeated emails and phone calls are not returned. This seems like a scam. I am filing this **mplaint to seek a resolution as soon as possible because time is of the essence. Thanks!

    We've been in constant communication with the customer and have provided multiple images showing various signs of wear and tear. Due to this the devices did not meet the Flawless criteria as outlined on our website. We understand that customers may grade their devices differently from us and as such offer free returns.

    Upon the customers request, the customers devices have been mailed back to them.

    Hello. I received confirmation of payment for quote ******* on 11/21/2022 via ***** around 7:30pm EST. That night I did not receive payment and promptly called the next morning on 11/22/2022 around 8:30am EST. I was informed that the payment "failed" and I was to provide different payment information via email. While on the phone with the rep I sent an email with a new ***** ID and got confirmation that the information would be submitted and payment would be made 11/22/2022 end of day. Note, I did confirm my ***** profile was working and I am able to receive payments from other people to this ***** ID. Around 10:30pm EST I got an email saying payment has been sent via ***** on 11/22/2022. This morning 11/23/2022 I still have not received payment to my ***** account. I have confirmed the original email provided and user ID can receive payment. I am not sure what how the payment "failed," as ***** is instant and the payer (this company) could see that it failed after attempting to send but did not notify me. I have emailed the company this morning 11/23/2022 asking that payment be resent and provided a link to my ***** ID. To resolve this, I would like payment in full to my ***** account as agreed upon and refund of the priority fee.

    Unfortunately we have limited control over Venmo systems and do not have much insight as to why your payment failed. We made multiple attempts and it seems both attempts failed. Finally we resent your payment directly from the Venmo app to the username you provided and it seemed to have gone through fine. The payment was delivered on 11/23.

    This issue seems to have been resolved per our records.

    -In 9/22 I recvd a quote for 2 iPhones
    And mailed them in the provided packaging with all requested info
    -I took photos before sending
    -the business claims the package arrived empty and after several frustrated email exchanges sent a video of a warehouse worker staring directly into a security camera while opening my empty box as he recvd it on a conveyor belt
    -the business continued to request more and more info re the phones claiming their carrier ups needed it to conduct an investigation, I spoke to ups local manager who stated that was untrue and they use only tracking numbers to investigate
    -the business said I would be eligible for only the $100 insurance on package after their investigation was completed in 6 weeks
    -I have not been able to recv further info and have recvd no payment of any type

    November 2022, I submitted an inquiry to Itsworthmore.com LLC to sell my AirPods. On November 14, 2022 I received an email that my item inspection has been completed and the promised payout was adjusted to $0. In return, I contacted the company via email to dispute the adjustment however, the email was returned to sender. See attached. The email address included on their website and customer email traffic is "not found". On November 14th, I called Itsworthmore and spoke with a female representative. She told me they would be able to return my item after she speaks with their shipping department. I called again on November 16th and 18th without receiving an answer or a follow up message from the representative. I am seeking an adjusted payout or to have my item shipped back to me.

    Looking at the screenshots attached to this case, it looks like the customer made a typo in their email to us. The correct email address is [email protected] and not [email protected].

    Looking into this further, it looks like the customer mailed in an AirPods model that we don't accept for trade-in and due to this we were unable to make an offer for them. We have since returned them back to the customer free of charge.

    I sold my iPhone 12Pro Max 256MB phone in flawless condition to Itsworthmore for $530. I added insurance to the order that they said would insure the phone for loss or damage in shipping that would insure the phone for the amount of the offer ($530) which I purchased and they charged me $7 for. I received an email from they saying, " We received your package. However, we can confirm that the package was received contained garbage, as such, we are unable to initiate a claim with the courier However, we have reported this information regarding the package and other concerns to *** Security, who is currently reviewing the situation for Mail Fraud.". I used their *** shipping label to ship the phone, i got a receipt showing I shipped it, and I even paid an extra $10.80 to *** Store to have them Fragile pack the phone. I called Itsworthmore and left a message Thursday November 17th and I wrote them an email today the 18th and I haven't gotten a response to the issue. I called *** and gave them the tracking and they said the package was delivered and there has been NO Fraud or any other claim made on this package from anyone. Im getting taken for $530 by Itsworthmore as I shipped them my package, they received it, they haven't made any fraud claims like they said they did, and why couldn't they initiate a claim with the courier? I paid for their insurance just in case there was a lost or damaged package. They should pay me in full and make their claim if they indeed didn't receive my phone. This company is scamming me and not responding.

    The package we received from the customer contained 4 bottles of Ensure rather than an iPhone 12 Pro Max as stated by the customer. Images have been attached to this BBB case and were sent to the customer as well.

    We recommend the customer reach out to the *** store that packaged the devices to see if they are able to review footage to confirm there wasn't a mix up. In the meantime, we've requested the customer provide us with the IMEI/Serial number of the device as well as videos the customer is claiming to have taken of the *** Store packaging the device. Once we receive the above requested information, we will make a determination of how to proceed with this claim.

    We ordered a laptop that was claimed to be new, sealed in box. The seller claimed it was an HP 850 G8, with specific specifications. Upon receiving the item, it was opened, missing accessories and a different model laptop. The seller agreed to the return, and thus we shipped the laptop back. The box was scaled and shipped at shipping office. The seller claims he received an empty box, and withheld our refund.

    I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with us and do see that you've done business with us multiple times in the past with no issues. We're sorry to have not lived up to the standards you're used to this time around.

    It seems a lot went wrong with this transaction and we're not sure what happened between the time the device was mailed by you to when it was received by us, but we were simply reporting our findings.

    In any case, it looks like this particular case was escalated to eBay and they decided to issue the refund for the balance.

    The customer should have received the full refund and this issue should be resolved. If there any other outstanding items the customer needs addressed they can contact us directly or via this BBB case.
