    On July 11th, 2024 I sold them a MacBook Pro 16" (Nov 2023) M3 *** 16- Core, 40-Core GPU, 128GB Unified Memory, 4TB SSD, in brand new condition. July 17th I received an email stating that they had received my computer, I was then sent an email from ItsWorthMore.com saying that they do not have my computer and are reviewing the situation, this alarmed me and I'm not sure how this is even possible considering I followed all the shipping instructions to a tee. July 18th they sent me another email stating that they had brought my issue to the claims department. Then finally later on July 18th they reached out yet again REQUIRING me to provide the following information for my claim to even be considered - ****/ Serial #, Description of the device, Description of the package, Any receipt copies (ex. *** drop off), Selfie ID Verification, AND to file a police report. DESPITE TRACKING SHOWING THEY HAD RECEIVED IT. Some of this information I can easily provide eg. the *** drop off receipt, but the **** / Serial # I don't have because nowhere on the website does it say saving the information is necessary in case an issue arrises with the package. IF I KNEW I WOULD HAVE TO DO ALL THIS TO MAYBE GET HELP IF AN ISSUE AROSE I WOULD HAVE JUST SOLD MY LAPTOP ON ******** MARKETPLACE, they scammed me out of a Laptop worth $3,959.00 (offer total) I would not recommend anyone sell to this company, it's clear to me that they just simply aren't honest - this was a ****** that cost me $3,959.00 don't let it cost you anything, learn from my example and DON'T SELL TO THEM.
