    I was quoted a good value for my phone (more than others offered), and everything proceeded exactly as promised. There was good email communication throughout the process (e.g. phone received; phone reviewed; check to be sent on date; check sent on date with expectations of when to receive it (e.g. 7-10 days). The 7-10 days included the July 4th holiday weekend, and on the 11th day, with no check, I called on a Friday. The customer service representative was courteous and helpful, and suggested that if I waited until Monday or Tuesday, I should have the check. If not, I should call back. The check was there on Monday.
