    Im normally skeptical about online services but I have to say Im a believer. Everything was as described. I am fortunate their receiving center is close to ******* so item arrived in 1 day. Within 2 days they had reviewed the item and paid me via Zelle. I didnt even pay for the expedited service yet it was quick. Great service. Highly recommend.

    I paid for overnight shipping and they shipped 2 day and refused to do anything about it, aside from offering me the vague promise of a refund. Given that it is an expensive item I had already made arrangements to be home to receive it and now I have to figure that out all over again. Trash company and I regret doing business with them.

    I have been sending my used electronics to ************ for several years now. My experience has always been excellent! What I enjoy the most is the customer service. They are always just an email away and typically respond within less than an hour to my questions or concerns. I was recently surprised when I sent in a used laptop of mine. Somehow, I mistakenly under characterized the specs of my laptop when I sent it in. I was happy with what they offered me when I initially sent in the quote. However, the folks are ************ noticed that I had chosen the wrong processor in my description of my laptop. I had undervalued my own laptop. They were honest enough about it and raised the offer on my laptop by $400! I was shocked and amazed. You don't find this type of customer service in many companies anymore. Most companies would have taken the extra profit and ran with it as I would never had known the difference. I have always been taught that integrity is what you do when no one is looking. This being a fact, I just discovered that the leadership within this company has an extremely high level of integrity. And for doing so, has won my business for many more years to come!

    Do not sell your phone to this company. I sent a very new iPhone for sale (valued over $1k) because I bought another iPhone 15 with a sim slot in Asia. Sent it in and they claim that they received an empty box.- standard *** shipping covers $100 - Apple can't "brick" the phone since I've already logged out of my findmyiphone So essentially, I've been screwed out of $1000 with nothing I can do about it. Fraud, fraud, fraud.

    Do not trust this company. I sent an older Mac laptop in to them and was only offered about $40. I was ok with this even though the box to send it ended up costing me about $7 from UPS. When they finally responded they listed a bunch of things wrong with it. These were not problems when I sent it. (Except for the slightly frayed charging cord. And I would have been ok with a deduction of a few dollars for this deficiency.) Their counter offer was $0 and they said that if I didn't accept this, they were going to charge me shipping to send it back. Bottom line - the laptop worked ok when I sent it. When they reached out to me, they said that it didn't work at all. I accepted the $0 offer to avoid additional charges. But unless your device is perfect and pristine (and why would you be selling it if it were) do not waste your time with this company. They are sleazy and untrustworthy and may end up costing you money in the end.
