      I purchased a living room sectional within a month of receiving the sectional a couple of the cushions starting following apart. I did purchase the insurance which would cover everything so I was told. I went through the correct channels. I called and someone came out to look at the furniture and took pictures. A week later I received a call saying that the new cushions would be shipped in 3-5 business days and I would receive a text once shipped. The original date of someone coming to the house and the process started was June 20th. I called on June 24th to see if the cushions had been shipped I was told they did not have them in stock but they would ship in 30-90 days but closer to 30. I called again today to have someone tell me that it would be 60 to 90 days, but they could not give me an ETA until next month. And there is nothing more than can do, so hang up and call back in a month! I asked if I wanted to purchase the same sectional was it available and in stock and was told yes, but I can't get cushions for 90 days. I was told that's just the way it is nothing more to say or do. How rude and how awful for someone to be excited about new furniture and be treated so badly.

      Hi Anita! We are truly sorry to learn of the issues experienced with your sectional. Please note that we are unable to house parts for every piece we carry. In view of this, parts may be ordered through the manufacturer. They advise to allow at least 90 days. At this time the parts are still on order; however, in the interest of customer care, we have generated an exchange for the chaise piece needing the part for 7.23.24. The current piece in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.        had a delivery/exchange scheduled for July 10. The 4 hour time frame was 11a.m -3p.m. I rearranged my schedule to be available during that 4 hour time frame. I was tracking my delivery during this time frame. As time went by the times kept advancing. This is totally acceptable as I was still in my time frame. At 1:50 I checked the delivery tracker and it all of a sudden jumped to the 3p.m-7p.m time frame. I called customer care and was told that there was a glitch in the GPS and I was the next delivery. A few minutes later I checked the tracker and it said 4:15p.m-4:45p.m. I called customer care again and I was told that someone texted or emailed me to let me know that the delivery time changed. This is not true, I was never contacted or I wouldn't have called customer care. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a customers point of view. I had already adjusted my work schedule to accept the delivery at the time frame agreed upon. I had to reschedule the delivery/exchange and was told that no deliveries would be available until July 19. This is ******** customer service.

      Three years ago Hurricane Ida took my home, I went to RtoG and bought furniture. Two bedroom sets and a living room set. Upon delivery to my apartment, which was on the second floor, the guys had a difficult time maneuvering furniture so they dragged the mattress and sofa on the cement and tore a hole and stained them. The delivery guys suggested I call customer care to evaluate the damage. They took pictures of damage. I called customer care and scheduled someone to come out and clean and repair the items. They were not successful, once again pictures were taken. Rooms to Go said they would replace my items with new ones. I told them, the delivery guys said the same thing would happen if they tried to bring another mattress or sofa up the stairwell, because of the way it is situated. After talking with RtoG customer service, I asked that they hold the new furniture until I have a home to put it in. It was agreed upon by all with no time limit set, because I had no idea when my home would be rebuilt. The manager at Metairie, LA RtoG made sure notes were in the computer and having a signed document that says "we owe Mrs. Louque a new mattress and sofa when home is finished, which I have in my possession. Still no time limit is ever mentioned, and nothing about a warranty expiring was ever brought up. I go to Metairie Rooms to Go to finally get my furniture delivery and they tell me I have to speak with customer service, I speak with Trinity Belleau who is a supervisor for RtoG and she tells me someone will have to come out and evaluate the furniture, so I say the furniture was evaluated the week it was delivered and was recorded "damage is not repairable". She tells me the warranty is up and you waited to long for replacement, I had no idea how long it would take me to get my home rebuilt and once again the agreement was never set on a time frame. The warranty was in place at the time the delivery and damage happened, and the agreement was made. How is this right?

      They charged me extra for an item I purchased , and when I went to ask them their behavior is very rude . They charged me extra I have all the proofs ,and when I am asking they are trying to bluff me and they are like threatening me I can't tolerate their behavior at all .I can not explain it clearly I don't know how to use all the words ,but literally felt very bad

      Three yrs ago I bought a chaise couch from rooms to go and the sales lady told me and my sister in law that if we got the three year warranty on it would cover She said no matter how you got stains on it they would take care of it. So I called and explained about the stains and I said I was not sure how I got the stains. I said it was there after I came back from hurricane ***. I was told no they would not take care of it because of the hurricane. I told them that was not what was told to me. So over the last three years I have been going around and around about it. Every time I spoke to someone I was either told to hold on and they would put me through to someone else. I would wait on hold no one answer and the call would hang up. Finally I talked to a store manager named ******* and he told me he would take care of it. So someone called me and went through the same spill we cant take of it because of the hurricane. The he told me to hold on and he came back on the phone and said that ******* said they were going to fix my stains out of common courtesy. So they sat a time for some one to come out and take pictures. The guy told me they would be sending me out 4 new cushions and I could do whatever with the old ones. I called today to find out when they were coming and I was on hold and hung up on 4 or 5 times and no one called back. I tried to talk to ******* and no luck. A lady called just now and said they were not going to do anything because the warranty was up. I told her that if she would look she would see this has been going on for a while. I asked to speak to ******* again and she told me to hold on. I held on and after a few minutes the phone went dead. I called the store and asked to speak to ******* and he was in a meeting. So I decided to call someone higher up and guess what same bs she told me. I preceded to tell her that is not what ******* told me he would do. But guess what it was not documented in the records.

      I purchased what I thought to be a Beautiful white and gray King size bedroom set for my newly purchased home. As time went buy the furniture started changing color. Week by week it was changing into a light yellow color. Now it's a darker yellow. I called Rooms to Go to make a complaint. They then asked me to contact customer service. Customer service asked me did I have a warranty, which I didn't that was important to insure a bedroom set. They said sorry that can't help me. This past week I went back to the store I purchased the set from and asked to speak to a manager. This time I came with pictures. The mngr there didn't seem to even care then I asked me to contact customer service again they should help you. I have yet to contact them. I don't want to get rejected again. I paid too much for this furniture to just to let this go.. Can you please help me???

      I have the had the most horrific nightmare with this company!!!! I received 2 defective couches nobody will help me, no help from anyone or customer service and they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for their damaged couches!!! I also received the wrong lamps 4 times!!!! and nobody will help me with that either!!! I was in the store yesterday hysterically crying from being mistreated and not one person cared about anything!!! I have even contacted the vendors to help me and they didnt help either. I am completely mortified, and distraught over all of this! I have spent hours and hours trying to rectify this situation and all i ever did was go and purchase furniture and have had nothing but the worst experience from any company!!! Someone please help me!!!!

      I bought a leather couch and chair in Dec 2016 and purchased a warranty at that time. The chair started peeling in the area that is not leather, leaving a white fabric underneath the green color. This set is now discontinued, perhaps because of this defect. I did call RTG about this right after it was out of warranty and they said nothing they could do. I just called again, same story. This damage was nothing to do with how I did or didn't care for it. It was a defective product. I promised myself I would never buy anything leather from them again! I wish they would stand by a defective product!

      Omgoodness! I wish I would have read this before going to RTG! It has been nothing but a nightmare. We had to furnish an entire home after hurricane Ian and NOTHING has been right. There is no such thing as customer service with this company. I’m literally flabbergasted by this place. They keep bringing the wrong furniture and charging extra money to reselect! BUYER BEWARE!!!
