      On 6.24.24, I took my 85 yo mother to R2G in Chattanooga to purchase a mattress. The salesman was courteous and professional and my mother made a selection that she was happy with. The delivery was scheduled for 6.28.24 between 12 and 4pm. The salesman asked if she lived on a hill, and she said yes. He explained that he wanted to be sure the truck they would be using could get up the hill. We indicated that UPS trucks come up the hill every day. On 6.28.24 about 5:15, the driver called and asked if a tractor trailer could make it up her hill. She indicated that she didn't know and that the salesman didn't say it would be a tractor trailer bringing the mattress. The driver indicated that he was not comfortable coming up the hill in the TT and asked if she had a pickup truck that she could drive down the hill to pick up the mattress! She said no, and that this was not her responsibility or her problem. She said that she had paid for a delivery and she needed her mattress that night because she had already had her old mattress removed from the bed. When I arrived to her home, at about 6p.m., she was still waiting for delivery. I called RTG, and they stated that they had taken the mattress back Nashville and that she was going to have to schedule another delivery which would take 5-7 days! I asked them when were they going to tell my mom because she was still waiting when I arrived. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund. On 6.29.24, my Brother-In-Law went to RTG and spoke with the manager to see if something could be worked to get a mattress that night. It couldn't, so the manager processed a refund, but indicated that it would be 5-7 days before funds would be back on her card. She checked on 7.5.24 -No refund. July 8th- No refund. July 9th-She received a call from RTG with an Oops. No one had processed the refund. He would start it that day. 7.15.24- No refund. 7-16 No-refund. She received her refund on 7.17- Almost a month later!! Will never use them again.

      I bought a 4000+ modular sectional with blue tooth and charging station and it is not capable of keeping a charge and is very slow at charging anything. I have not had this couch for a year yet and i flipped a cushion over with a hole (little hole) it has taken 4 months to get someone to say yes we are sending a new cushion because I bought the warranty. they just called me to say they are waiving the rules of what I bought and finally sending it. They told me I had to wait a year for anything to be done. well...I am not happy at all with the false advertising of this couch. I usually buy from City Furniture, And this was the first time and last time I will shop at rooms to go. I spent way too much money on this piece of furniture. the technician was nice that came out to look at the blue tooth but there is nothing they can do about it. I really would like my money back and for them to take the couch back in excellent condition and take my business elsewhere. They will not let me exchange for something else.

      I regret purchasing the Beautyrest Black LX-Class Medium Tight Top King Mattress and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience across review sites and media outlets due to the poor service and product quality I received. I purchased a floor model and was explicitly lied to by the salesman, Justin R********. Before signing the paperwork, I asked about a "final sale" comment on the documents. He assured me that he had put a "code" on the paperwork that indicated it was not a final sale. However, once I brought the mattress home and slept on it, I quickly realized it was in poor condition. After setting up an appointment to evaluate the mattress, I was informed it was in very poor condition. After the evaluation review, I received multiple approvals from several managers for reselection. It was noted that I had "approval for reselection on take-home purchase" (meaning floor model)." When I tried to make the selection, I spoke with the managers, Leslie and Jeff at the store I purchased from and was told no and given the runaround on who to contact. I contacted customer service managers, Lisa W******* and Edwin. However, they all gave me the runaround. Edwin's direct report was incredibly rude until I informed her that I recorded the phone call. Only then did her tone change, and she was willing to pass me to her manager, Edwin, who "possibly could do what she can't do." Long story short, the mattress is visibly lumpy when dressed with the bedding, and I wake up in pain every morning. I spent over a thousand dollars on this mattress, and no one was willing to help me, even after the sales associate lied to me and I received approval for reselection. I'm stuck with an expensive mattress that's in deplorable condition and not ONE person cared enough to help me. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Rooms to Go, given the lack of support and accountability from their Woodlands location and their customer service team.

      If I could give this experience of purchasing a mattress a 0 out of 5, I would. With many hour of research online for a mattress that suited my needs I selected one. From night 1 I knew the mattress had been used, there was severe indentation. I gave it a few more nights but the indents grew worse. As soon as night 31 hit I called to have a rep come look at it. He saw right away the issues and filed the warranty issue as defective. I was able to call and see my next steps which I was directed I can reselect, I questioned if my warranty of 90 days extends as I am now hesitant to reselect a mattress from here again. Online sales reassured me my warranty extends as it was a manufactured defect. I went to a store to reselect and there is nothing close to the price range I originally had and was told my warranty will not extend because it was not RTG fault. I am getting the run around and told lies. I do not want to reselect a mattress and have it not work out. RTG cannot guarantee my mattress is used if i reselect. They do not offer any type of refunds even though this process has been a nightmare. Please beware of the warranties and don't be out of $$$$.

      I purchased the Hilton Head Dining room set from Rooms to Go approx 1-2 years ago. The top of the table finishing felt sticky when I would wipe it down. Then the finish started to come off and now most of it is gone. I knew if I called them they would say they would not be able to do anything for me because I did not buy the extended warranty. Well, I called anyway and spoke to the Customer service department and sure enough the women I spoke with stated they could not do anything because the one year warranty had expired and I had no extended warranty on this purchase. I asked her if she could just make a report because it might be a defect and so someone there would know what was happening but NO you have no extended warranty. They just were not interested. I get it.

      Rooms to go has the most unprofessional and rude customer service Ive ever encountered. I purchased a sectional that was damaged and decided to choose something else.. I was required to pay delivery charges a second time. The supervisors are ***** than those that answer the phone. I wont be shopping there again in addition the quality is inferior

      We purchased a sectional living room, dinning room table and a chair and a half with a single pull out. The table has damaged they going to replace not a problem. The sectional we bought had two recliners. When we received them no recliner. We called the sales person he said oh I remembered you wanted them but I didnt add them. This is the sales person error but we are the ones that paid for their mistake. I had ask for some compensation nothing. For that reason I will not recommend Rooms to go

      I would never be so stupid to buy another extremely over priced item from this company again. They use every excuse under the sun not to give you a timely refund check. Like " it was a Federal holiday 3 weeks ago, the mail is slow! They make no attempt to help.
