      The customer service was horrible. I ordered furniture, not only did I have to wait a month to pick it up, when they called they told me if I did not pick it up today, I would not be able to get it until August, to top it off they also informed me that I had a piece of furniture missing..

      We bought an $1100 patio umbrella at RTG just over ayear ago. It broke at the joint and customer 'service' has informed us that they cannot order parts, nor can they tell me who the manufacturer is.The only thing they suggested is to find a 'furniture repair business'. That's just a laughable response by a company that does not care about their cusotmers. We shouldjust throw this $1100 piece of junk away then i guess?NEVER buying from Rooms To Go again.

      Hi Rik! We are sorry to learn of your experience. Like most retailers we offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Yours expired as of 3.14.24 with no reported issues until now. Unfortunately, not all vendors offer parts for the products we sell. Regrettably, part orders are not yet available from any of the patio furniture vendors. They also do not deal directly with the public. Nonetheless, we are happy to see that you have been authorized an exchange for your umbrella base as a 1-time gesture of good will.       Totalmente insatisfecho compr todos los muebles de ** casa con rooms to go hace aproximadamente un ao y cuando los compr la vendedora que me atendi me dijo que la garanta extendida me cubrira cualquier dao que tuvieran resulta que ahora necesito de *** garanta y me dicen que no cubra la m*** del juego de comedor no entiendo ya que la vendedora me insisti que se la pusiera y ahora no tengo solucin y maltratado adems que creo que me han estafado ya que tambin tengo problemas con un juego de cuarto que tampoco se puede poner garanta de verdad me siento que me han estafado no le recomendara a nadie est tienda a partir de ** experiencia que es de las peores no volver a comprar jams en este lugar no le dara ** una estrella ** compra fue en la tienda que est en **************************************************************************

      No action from them to fix my bed that I bought a yr ago... I've called twice and both times said someone would call me in a couple days and nothing.... I've had no problem with them until now. I paid to much for the bed to have it stop raising up and down.Disappointed and Dissatisfied

      We bought one of the modular couches a few months ago. I LOVED the look of it and the ability to rearrange as needed. We spent more on it than the other options were looking at but were reassured that we were getting better quality as well. Well, now, 2 months later and we already have rips in the fabric and buttons popped off the couch cushions. Im so disappointed because it is a beautiful couch and we had high hopes. I will say we have lots of kids and dogs so we are rougher on furniture than some others but I still feel like 2 months is very quick to already have issues ??

      The process has been a nightmare. I ordered a sofa with two chairs and a coffee table (patio furniture) back two months ago. I had to change my delivery due to buying a new home and the set would not work in the new place. I made a slight change in my order, it was confirmed by management, that I was all set for delivery. the following day the delivery truck shows up at 7:30 AM ,on schedule and proceeds to deliver the original items that was ordered 2 months ago with the exception of one item that was changed and didnt deliver an end table along with the seat cushions for the furniture. so we cant utilize it. I just have the furniture frames. I immediately called customer care and explain what happened. They said they would get back to me. They never did. I had to wait until Monday to call the store and explain ..I contacted the store in ******* where I purchased it ($3400) , was told they have been waiting on a response from customer care for the last four days with no response. They dont even know what they delivered to me and they have more coming , they said what I wanted was on back orderits been COMPLETELY exhausting to try to explain to customer care the situation..they told me to call the store. The store said call customer care the manager at the store has reached out to me but cant get the situation taken care of because the delivery driver didnt take photos of what they delivered.. I learned a valuable ****** on this ..NEVER accept a PARTIAL order they wont accept a partial payment.. how do I use what I paid for when they didnt deliver the cushions only the frame

      Purchased a Finly Point Seafoam couch and loveseat. After a month of use they lost 40to 50% density. I am the only member of my household who is gone most of the day for work. Asked for a replacement 4 times all were denied. Also contacted customer service and said it was a wearable item and not covered, but a cut of stain is covered. Purchased a extended warranty. Purchased another couch, same brand, with the same issue, they replaced the new couch cushions but not the other loveseat.. I sold the previous sleeper sofa cause it was so uncomfortable but couldn't sell the loveseat so I needed a couch to match. Long story short, customer service didn't record any of my other calls, customerservice was of no help and the second dealing with customer service, ********************, pretty much stated that the decision was final and there is no one else to speak to as she is the only one. Next time going to a reputable furnature store and not going the cheap route. I suspect the cushions were used based on the consistently. Others I spoke to had similar experiences. I never post reviews but I don't want others to go through the same experience. I am going to write the president to see if I was possibly sold a used or bad product on 2 separate occasions. The only option I was given was to purchase 2 new cushions totalling $140.00 which is half of the cost of a new one.

      Good Afternoon and thank you for your response. The defective items are the two cushions that have lost atleast 50% density with no other wear or damage on a Finley Point Loveseat (seafoam color fabric). The couch cushions were already replaced with similar issue and are better quality.

      I would like to thank ******* *************************** for the excellent service that he provided to us. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful in our request for a trundle bed and mattresses. Having been brought up in the furniture business of my grandparents, I can appreciate what is necessary to clinch a sale in the proper manner. ***** was extremely knowledgeable of the item we needed, and was able to answer our questions in the proper manner, and was in no way pushing us in our decisions. We needed this trundle bed delivered earlier than their normal delivery schedule, because our guests were coming earlier than we had expected. He helped arrange this for us, and we certainly appreciated this too. We would definitely purchase additional furniture from ***** at the ******** store.

      We purchased a sectional from rooms to go. The delivery date was today: 05/16/2024 between 11 am and 3 pm. We got rid of old furniture as had a confirmation from the company that the delivery is in transit. I received a call from delivery crew at 1:17 pm that they are 10 minutes away. Have not heard from them after that. I contacted my property manager that there was no truck from rooms to go at the security gate. The gate was aware of this delivery. When I called customer service the first representative was rude and said the crew is done for the day. 3 pm and done for the day? This was a disappointment as we planned other items to be purchased from the company. Its clear that process improvements are need in operations, particularly on what basis the delivery vendors are chosen. The quality of the delivery directly impacts reputation and credibility of the company. We also ordered some furniture pieces from the competitor and it was delivered today as promised. For you its just another unhappy customer. For us - no more business with ********************.

      The security gate was aware of the truck coming. This is just not possible. Additionally, its quite strange that they did not attempt to call us. Just turned around and left.
