      This is my first time purchasing anything from Rooms to Go and my last very disappointed all that money to have a cracked headboard scrapes, scratches and ***** of **** missing never again.

      We purchased a sectional from rooms to go. The delivery date was today: 05/16/2024 between 11 am and 3 pm. We got rid of old furniture as had a confirmation from the company that the delivery is in transit. I received a call from delivery crew at 1:17 pm that they are 10 minutes away. Have not heard from them after that. I contacted my property manager that there was no truck from rooms to go at the security gate. The gate was aware of this delivery. When I called customer service the first representative was rude and said the crew is done for the day. 3 pm and done for the day? This was a disappointment as we planned other items to be purchased from the company. Its clear that process improvements are need in operations, particularly on what basis the delivery vendors are chosen. The quality of the delivery directly impacts reputation and credibility of the company. We also ordered some furniture pieces from the competitor and it was delivered today as promised. For you its just another unhappy customer. For us - no more business with ********************.

Unfortunately, they were not admitted as they were told they had no reservation to make delivery. At this time, the delivery has been rescheduled for 5.22.24.       The security gate was aware of the truck coming. This is just not possible. Additionally, its quite strange that they did not attempt to call us. Just turned around and left.

      The problem I have encountered with RTG is if you have issues with a store you cannot go above the store to complain or get help. I called the corporate office and this was basically what I was informed.

      I purchased a Hybrid King size bed frame and mattress on June 2023. Since the purchase and exchanges the bed still continues to make squeaky noises. Initially the bed was put together incorrectly. Next, the mattress and frame was exchanged but still continued to make noise. This is absurdity and I have been reaching out every month ever since. I sent pictures to Rooms to Go customer service but I am not able to submit the noise that is still there. I have a recording and would love to send it to you. The bed is financed with ************** and I have disputed the charge on several attempts. I reached out to RTG customer service for the documentation of the issue and was denied access. I am asking if you would look into this for me. This has been a terrible experience and I regret purchasing this product. I was informed by RTG store and customer service that it was out of their hands. In addition, ************** has stated the charges is denied, but understood my concern of not paying for a product that is not of good quality. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied at the service and product from RTG. I am hoping this email reaches the correct individual to assist in this matter. Hoping to hear from someone at the corporate level soon.

      Steer clear of this location and company! Walked into the store and was greeted by salesperson *******. I looked at a sectional and dining set. Advised the salesperson that I wanted the sectional in the color and configuration on the floor. Unbeknownst to me, she wrote the sale wrong, which I only found out upon delivery. After calling customer service and corporate to have this rectified, I had to make a trip back to the showroom since they are the only persons who can apparently handle this. I was advised the corrected sale would be delivered the very next day. The next day comes around with no delivery window or updates. Upon contacting customer service and corporate, I was advised that delivery would not take place for numerous days. I was lied to in store by *******! All to save a sale that was cancelled anyway! Calling customer service and/or corporate is useless. They are unable to provide a customer with anything helpful. They are not able to update or cancel orders. Therefore unable to do anything essential for a customer. This resulting in another encounter with incompetent store personnel. As requested at my initial, incorrect sales writing, I was asked to leave a review about my experience. It seems that is all this company seems to care about as it has been made very clear they do NOT care about their customers and will seemingly lie just to tell you what you would like to hear.

      Interesting. So today 05/06/24, I get an email alerting me to a change in the terms of our agreement with R2G regarding the furniture we purchased for 24 months 0% interest at a fixed monthly amount. The fixed monthly amount will of course pay off the balance on time with no interest. But it appears R2G isn't making enough money so now you're charging a 2% "Promotional Fee"? The fine print says I can refuse this, but the price I pay for that is that I can never use the card for new purchases. Which leaves me with three choices. Pay the remaining 5 grand in full and ***** YOU out of your ** 2% that takes effect next month and keep the card. Call and refuse the 2% and essentially never be able to buy anything from R2G again. Which is shame because the ONLY reason people use R2G is for the ** no interest financing you idiots!!! Or, do nothing and let you charge me the 2% and know that I've just been screwed with my pants on, with R2G stealing an extra couple hundred dollars from me FOR ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD REASON. You do realize once this gets around no ones going to use your financing anymore right? Because yes, 2% is way better than *****% interest, but you didn't tell us this was happening UPFRONT. Which makes you and business people and yeah, UNTRUSTWORTHY. Pretty sure I'm gonna just refuse the 2% and never buy from you ever again. Since that is a viable option for people, WHY ON EARTH would you people want to take that chance? To lose customers on purpose? Is the extra couple hundred bucks really that important? Stupid question, right? Shame on you people and definitely * off.

      I will never buy from Rooms To Go again. Their delivery service is ridicules. I came home through the front door to wait for my furniture delivery and my door was not cracked. After delivery, I went out the same door to go back to work and it was cracked. After making a complaint to the delivery service, they determined it was pre existing and refused any other communication. I tried calling Room to Go and they told me that it was not their problem but the delivery service's problem. Never again!
