      Absolute waste of time. Greenville sc. manager has no clue what's going on. Delivery is a Joke and the store manager seems like he could care less if customers are unhappy with service He also tried to lie to me about shortages when I know the furniture was out for delivery and then they didn't show up as per their updates and the many calls I made to them after several scheduled delivery dates. Do not waste your time

      Never go here.. period.. and I wish BBB has an option to give ZERO stars.
      We ordered our recliner couch, it came in with a stain. Then RTG sent a technician after 2 weeks to remove the stain. He left two bigger stains. Then they said they will send us a new couch. When they sent a new one, this one is even worse, it has a manufacturing fault. The recliners on both ends are misaligned and it has left a big gap between the left handrest and the back. It looks so bad in out living room.
      I called customer service and they say they cannot refund me any amount for compensation. All they can do is compensate me $30. Thats 2% of the couch price.. Cmon!!
      I don't expect any resolution from RTG as I dont think it is in their policy!! But may be RTG should consider having better policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction!

      We are in receipt of this review.

      Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.

      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. We regret the customer has experienced issues with the sofa; however, our records reflect we have been abiding by the guidelines to repair or replace the product. At this time, we show a service was scheduled to evaluate the piece they currently have in the home. It is possible it was not assembled correctly. Should that not resolve the matter, we have been made aware, the customer was given the authorization to reselect the sofa in the home to a different sofa or living room set equal in value. The customer was given guidelines for this option.

      We would like to say that we enjoyed our shopping experience. Mrs. Monique E. was my salesperson and she was great. My wife and I were at the Rooms to Go on Riverside Drive, Macon,Ga. I want to say thanks for the great service and Monique attitude was excellent. Great job👌🏻

      I will never shop Rooms to Go again. The couch I ordered came with the wrong pillows.
      The wrong pillows were left at my home until correct pillows arrive, two weeks later.
      Once correct pillows were delivered I was asked to return the original pillows that I've used for two weeks.
      I feel the professional action the RTG company should have taken was to leave the used pillows and simply deliver the right ones.
      Now I question the practice of RTG. Are they selling the used pillows to someone else?
      Poor costumer service.
      I should not have been put through this hassle.
      I will never shop Rooms to Go again.

      You are not addressing the issue.
      You should have removed the incorrect pillows the sameday of the furniture delivery.
      Instead the pillows were left behind to be used.
      After two weeks of use, you delivered the correct pillows, and asked for the used ones back.
      That gave me a bad impression of your practices.
      Good coustomer service would have left the used pillows. And delivered the correct ones.

      Don't waste your money here!!! Worst customer service!!! Poor quality furniture!!! My daughter's daybed lasted three years. The front rail broke by itself, because of the cheap material they use, and they say they "can't help"... They don't even try to help with a part replacement. I agree with a previous customer who said they "have absolutely no consideration for the customers". Well said, that is my experience as well. So glad that City Furniture is coming to town. I hope not to have to deal with this RTG company ever again. I wish I could give them a negative number. One star is a very high rate for them.

      Most of our manufacturer will maintain same style of furniture and some will not.

      They don't even deserve one star! I wish someone had told us how bad this company is and their fraudulent TV commercials make me sick. Nothing but nightmares, from broken or missing pieces of our furniture both at delivery and attempted delivery. We have had to constantly call the delivery guys when they say they are around the corner, then never arrive. We call RTG Customer Service asking what happened, and they lie by saying they were at our house and no one answered the door. Oh, and they don't try again...the furniture goes right back to the warehouse and now you have to wait another two-three months for the 'next delivery'. We bought the extended warranty insurance at time of purchase (not cheap). Find we have a manufacturer's defect on the recliner sofa arm, but according to RTG, A TEAR IN THE FABRIC IS NOT COVERED!!! Our love seat was delivered with no legs. Bench with one entire side missing (took three times to get it right), scratches in the end tables, and they broke our patio set (after waiting 6 mo.) when taking it off the truck. I went as far as calling CEO Jeffrey S. to complain about the Fort Myers, Florida stores. We were assured our 'issues' were going to be addressed in THEIR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! Seriously? I am yelling loud and clear for folks to RUN from this rip-off company!! We are still waiting for a refund since March 2022 (this is July 2022), that according to their billing department was processed. This company doesn't deserve to stay in business.

      DONT BUY FROM ROOMS2GO! The worst customer service experience ever, they don't honor warranty's and don't care about their customers. The items I ordered were all damaged. The sofa set was unbalanced, not the same color & the leg rest does not stay up when you put your legs on it. The table I ordered came with a whole bunch holes in it and they told me it's supposed to look distressed? I reached out to them many times had a tech come 2 times and the tech even agreed that the sofas were indeed unbalanced and the sofa sets were not the same color. Nobody reached out to me after the tech came I called them today and they told me the tech didn't state that anything was wrong with the items and I am unable to exchange or refund even though the tech told us they are indeed damaged. I'm so confused by the customer service experience I've received and not only that but the attitude the customer care representatives gave me on the phone. Don't buy from rooms2go they don't honor their warranty or care about their customers!

      We are in receipt of this review.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

      In regards to our customer's situation, we have reviewed their account, technician's findings and pictures taken at time of service in its entirety. Our records reflect 2 qualified technicians went to the home on 2 separate occasions. The customer's concerns were reported; however, it was deemed the living room furniture was free of any vendor related issues both times. In view of the customer's disputing these findings, one of our customer care supervisors authorized another service to re-evaluate the furniture.

      Our records show our online complaint office has been in communication with the customer. As a gesture of good will, they authorized the customer to reselect the living room furniture as a 1-time courtesy to another group equal in value. They were provided the terms of this option. We show the customer has selected new product and the ones in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.

      Rooms to go had the wrong zip code and could not find our house. However, when they called they were answered immediately and given the correct instructions but chose not to deliver that day. We ordered furniture on 7/1 and were told it would be delivered on 7/15, it was undeliverable due to the zip code issue and the new date provided was 7/28.

      With respect to our customer's situation, we regret the correct delivery information was not provided at the point of sale. Due to heavy volume, all deliveries and in home services are routed via zip codes in order to reach all scheduled customers. Because the corrected zip code would take the drivers too far out from their scheduled route, the delivery company released the drivers thereby the delivery needed to be rescheduled.

      At this time, our records reflect the order was rescheduled for the soonest possible date on the delivery calendar 7.28.22.

      We ordered a couch and a chair. Couch delivery was great and we love the couch. However when the chair came, the delivery driver said it was torn. We asked for him to take it back and they scheduled a new delivery. We got the 2nd delivery of the chair and it was torn and they didn't tell us. Something tells me it was the SAME chair. They took pictures of it where the chair hole wasn't shown. Not only that but the chair has rollers on the bottom that don't even touch the floor and one of the wheels fell off and won't go back in. Now we are waiting for the 3rd delivery and this is honestly ridiculous.

      I ordered 2 accent chairs from Rooms To Go. They were delivered via UPS in torn boxes. One chair was broken. After going around several days with customer service they have been unresponsive and unwilling to repair, replace, or refund the chair. I will not buy from this store again.
