      You're not going to believe this. Do NOT BUY FROM RTG! The bottom line is that if they send you broken furniture, you are stuck with it even if you purchase their expensive extended warranties. We ordered quite a bit of furniture in October 2021 from RTG INCLUDING the extended warranties. We ordered a top-of-the-line triple powered recliner which was delivered with a broken component
      They said they would have their Buyer research a replacement chair. She called back a few weeks later to say they were unsuccessful but that I could re-select another recliner. I told her that I had already been looking but they did not seem to have any triple powered recliner left. She said inventory changes all the time and asked if I would be willing to look a little longer and call back if I end up with "no options".
      After months of checking their inventory, I called back on 7/9/22. I ended up asking for a supervisor only to get Carlos on the phone with a tone that accused me of waiting too long to contact them. They dragged me along for 9 months and now customer-no-service is implying that I am to blame? I said "let me see if I understand this correctly. You sent me broken furniture and my only option is to exchange it for other furniture I don't need because you do not have any other high-end triple recliners?" He replied, "if you send it back you will be charged a 20% restocking fee."
      So now I am researching every consumer advocacy group I can file a complaint with including the BBB. Buyer beware- do not buy from RTG because even if the furniture is broken upon delivery, you lose all of your money.

      We bought a 6 PIECE COUNTER HEIGHT TABLE SET from rooms to go for $1069.98 which includes a $99 for installation at site. The table delivered after a couple weeks and was not of a proper quality. It had blemishes on the top surface and pitting which made it very rough. of the 4 chairs, 3 chairs were not level on the surface. When we complained about this during installation, the personnel indicated that it was how it is and that is the best possible. Also post that we had a service called in and scheduled from RTG, but the personnel came in and tightened a few screws and said that , it was the best possible state that the table and chair can be in. The problems, are rough spots on table and 3 chairs. The bench had one of its base connections fall off ,which is after paying a $99 for installations. When called RTG, the response was that they were still waiting for the service personnel to respond on what they found. It is now almost a whole month and we are still having a few pieces of wood in our dining room, which is not usable. Really disappointing, We have been a regular customer with RTG and this time, it is a waste of money spent on the dining table.

      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. The dining table set was purchased through our clearance center. Our records reflect that our customer care department set up a service as a courtesy and one of our technician's went to evaluate the table and see if the issues could be addressed in the home. The findings show the repair was completed; however, the customer was not satisfied with said repair. In view of this, the customer has been authorized to reselect the current set in the home to a different dining set equal in value with the clearance outlet center. The arrangements for this swap will be done with the office staff at the stated outlet. This offer is valid until 9.03.22.

      Do not purchase from rooms to go they are the worst of worst. I spent over 5k on set of couches, Dinning table set and a tv console and let me tell you I've changed the table 3 different styles the third style was damaged with the bench and waited over 3 months to get and it comes damaged without a box. The Tv console was changed as well do to having damages as well. The couches recliner wasn't working either and about to get changed out this is so crazy so I asked for compensation and the customer service lady offered me $50.00 like really? I honestly felt like it was a joke then she said $70.00 or $80.00 dollar credit at the store. Rooms To Go is the WORST

      By far the absolute worst furniture company we have ever purchased from. Every single piece of furniture is delivered broken. Ordered a dining room table & the bench was delivered broken. Waited 2 months for the delivery guy to set up the "new" bench only to tell me that my dining floor was unlevel because the bench was wobbly, never had an issue before. Again, had to wait for another bench. That was the first order. Then moved into our new home, order an office desk & a bedroom set, thinking the bench as a one time issue. All furniture was on backorder. The headboard & mattress were delivered 5 months after the purchase, but no night stands or mirror yet. The office desk finally got delivered months after the backorder date only to come with the incorrect legs & not able to be set up. Waited another two months just for the legs. Legs came delivered broken, still currently waiting on that new desk. Night stands & dresser mirror were delivered finally months after, only to both come broken. Rescheduled my delivery date for the following week only for my nightstand to come broken yet again & now another day to sit around waiting for the furniture to arrive & hope it is not broken yet again. THIS IS INSANE! Each time a piece of furniture comes broken, we are expected to take off work for a new piece to be delivered only to come broke again! Time & time again! At what point does the process change. This company delivers furniture & cannot seem to figure out how to get it delivered in one piece. I would not even give one star if I was not required too. Shame on this company!!!

      We are aware there are two pending exchanges to be delivered.

      Rooms To Go : My experience with Room To Go was Horrible. We were told that if we change our mind about our purchase, we had 48 hours . What they failed to say is ,, that this 48 hours started when the receipt hit our hands , not when the merchandise is delivered. We ordered mattresses and the price was a significant amount over 4,500, dollars . But we were told they do not take old mattresses away with a stain or soiled . But it is a lie They take white people's old soiled mattresses away , with no questions asked . Roxanne G. who is over the drivers for Room To Go sent out a memo to all drivers to pick up soiled mattresses, She stated , this because of so many complaints of people of color not getting their old mattresses removed. So now located in the back of the trucks are large plastic bags for a safe pick up and removal. . So corporate, is a blatant liar. Ashely , and Amber , horrible employees . They refused to let me speak to their supervisors. I even asked for the CEO or owner . Because Ashley was obnoxious. But let me speak on behalf of Andrea my sales associate. And the manager Paulett were excellent. Please give them a raise! All stars to outstanding people! But Corporate treats you worst than the mafia! They are extremely disrespectful and hostile. They try to flip the blame on the costumers, when you call with an legitimate complaint The people I spoke with in the corporate office was horrible except for Crystals You can give Crystal 3 stars she was neutral of this situation . I spoke to her 3 days later .She was very apologetic for the company. I will never, never , ever, did I say never ? Do business with Rooms To Go again, in Life ! This is a Horrible , Horrible, Company, I am speaking of Rooms TO Go. I will tell everyone I know about my Horrible experience with this company! I have concluded that the company is racist towards people of color. I have PROOF! So don't bother trying to dispute it!

      I went in to purchase a new bed for my daughter yesterday and was signing the paperwork when I noticed a protection plan had been added to my bill. I asked about the plan and was told it was included. I asked if there was a cost and the salesperson said it was $100. I told him he shouldn't have added the charge without asking and left the store. I did buy the bed however when I drove away I started thinking how wrong it was that the salesperson had added the plan without my approval. I went back to the store and asked for the store manager. I told him I didn't want to do business with a company that was making me buy something without my knowledge and wanted to cancel the sale. I will never do business with a company that is trying to take advantage of me as a customer. This happened at the store in Savannah, GA. I was asked at the end of this to rate the business. I had to do a one star but in reality it should be a zero. Horrible experience.

      I would not recommend rooms to go I ordered a sofa and 2 pillows they gave me a delivery date for July 8 for my pillows to arrive it's now the 25th still no pillows. Today the sofa arrives well after the time window that was given to us, the 2 guys delivering the sofa today they never introduced them selves, had attitudes and spoke no english or at least acted like they didn't. Called customer service all they could say is there was a delay I. The pillows they will be here in August around the 5th but I've heard that from them before. She was not concerned with the fact the guys were rude or anything else. The icing on the cake was when they finally were leaving my house I went to close my glass front door and they have bent the door closer. I will not be ordering from rooms to go and will be advising the people I know not to order from them. It cost me more money today sitting at home waiting for the sofa and in damages today then it was worth. I will be shredding my rooms to go card today.

      Hello,

      We placed an order in the name in Rooms to go Alpharetta store on 11/10/2021.

      A wrong item was sent and after multiple follow up an excahnge order was palced and still did not get this right. By this time it is already June 2022.

      I initiate a return , item gets picked up and my refund is not posted. On following up with the store, they are referring to a totally different card in which the refund is processed which is not mine in which original sale was made.

      Everytime I was told i will get a follow up call from store manager but guess what, not even once I got a call and I had to call back multiple times to follow up on this.
      Nov 2021- July 2022 . Rooms to go could not resolve a particular order issue in which they are at fault.

      I am not sure how this business is promising customer satisfaction when they cannot wven make a order right, leave alone feeling the customer's effort and time is as same worth as theirs.
