This has to be the worst company ever. I ordered $10k worth of furniture including a living room set and a bedroom set. They delivered 7 pcs of the 10 pc living room suit and the bed frame and a mirror of a 6 pc bedroom set. The balance of the furniture would not be delivered for 2.5 months. I was never told this when I purchased. The delivery people were rude to my wife and did a terrible job of set up. I am a 1 and done customer. My advise is stay away from this company.Rooms To Go

3 Mattresses within 2 years and all of them defective? The last Tempur-pedic was purchased 6 months ago and is already sagging. I wake up with such severe back pain. You only have 30 nights for the trial, and 90 days to exchange it. The problem lies if your mattress becomes defective after the 3 months. You have no recourse but to spend another $2-3,000 on a new mattress? What nonsense. Thats horrible customer service and policy. They are horrible. Do not purchase a mattress from this company. Go to a real mattress store where they have a great selection and offer good customer trial periods.Rooms To Go

What a circus this has been. Right before I ordered a bedroom set, I spoke to ****** who says I can see your order and sent me a screenshot on chat to verify. We spoke about using an adjustable base. I asked if I can pick it up as RTG is down the street and 79 dollars is a lot for the small trip. ****** OFFERED to deliver the set for free. I said oh ok great ! Then he says he cant because he thought it was a queen size, which he knew it wasnt since he just verified my order. I asked him to honor this as it was his offer and not my ask, he stops responding, I asked for a manager, no response. 26 min goes by and I keep seeing little dots that hes starting to type then stops. He never came back. I disconnected and spoke to Redelia & explain the situation. She said Id need to speak with the store manager for the credit as a store employee offered it. Made no sense but I called and spoke to the store manager ******. He said they dont have anyway to do discounts credits etc because it has to go through corporate and I have to go back to chat. I went back to chat and spoke with *********, who then tells me I need to call corporate because they cant do the 79 dollar discount. I call corporate who says they dont handle that and I need to speak with online customer service via phone. *** now had it. All they do is transfer around and all I want is the 79 dollar discount that was offered to me. Now I wont even buy the set with all of this run around, false information and fake offersRooms To Go

We had an excellent experience with **** at Rooms To Go in ******, *******. Within minutes she understood what I was looking for and found the perfect living room set for our house. The delivery people were on time, courteous, and careful to keep the floor clean. They made sure the reclining features all worked on the sofa, loveseat, and recliner. Additionally, they disposed of all the packaging. I highly recommend Rooms To Go!Rooms To Go

I am a first time customer with Rooms to Go. I purchased my furniture 8/30/2024, I exchanged 3 pieces because RTG showroom furniture is not what you get when delivered. RTG made sure I was penalized for the exchange by charging me restocking fees more delivery/setup fees. When ask could some fees be waived I was told NO, bringing my entire purchase total over $9000.00. This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a substantial amount of furniture from the Arlington Tx store location 3518 s Cooper St Arlington Tx 76015. My sales associate never told me or explained to me that he was adding additional warranties on every piece of furniture I had purchased totaling over $600.00, he did not ask me if I even wanted to purchase these additional warranties, he was a fast talker and would converse with the customer service people in another language in front of me laughing about the transaction but never explaining to me what they were talking about, very rude. He was very pushy and rushed me to sign the agreements and would not give me a chance to read anything. He had given me the agreement in another language I could not read it. All of my purchases should be 50 months no interest but because made an exchange on three items the sales associate had them write it up 36 months no interest, he verbally told me I would get 50 months no interest. I have never experienced this type of bad customer service ever, I am disappointed in RTG, I had saved and waited so long to purchase my furniture from RTG just to be treated so badly. I now have to pay over $600.00 more for additional warranties that I did not ask for but forced to sign under duress of my excitement. I consider this deceptive sales practices. I will never refer anyone to Rooms To Go to purchase any furniture. Apparently Rooms To Go DO NOT care about their customers nor do they care about repeat customers. Shame on you RTG. Terrible !!I bought a couch with warranty , made a claim for bad material and the couch got summed in, they made me pay full price in the new couch and not even 2 months later Im having the same issue Seems they use old couches and reinstalled new material on top of the old sunken in old couches . We purchased an entire bedroom set, a sleeper sofa, a chair and an ottoman. At the Naples, FL store on 11/24/2024. We were given a delivery date and time 12/18/2024 5pm, but only for a partial order. The time was pushed back and pushed back until 10pm when the delivery was cancelled. We had a phone number for the who told us that we would be the first delivery on 12/19/2024. We called on 12/19/2024 and no one answered the phone. Then we called customer care and received a message that customer care was closed due to technical difficulties. Then we called the store in Naples FL where we purchased the furniture. We were again told to call customer service so we called from another phone and played the recording for her. She put is on hold for 15 minutes and came back to us and said that dispatch would call us back. When I asked to speak to our sales associate, we were told she was on vacation. When I asked to speak to the sales manager, she admonished me, said she did all she could do and hung up. We slept on the floor last night as this is a brand new apartment. I tried to call corporate and no one picked up the phone! What recourse do we have?Rooms To Go

I will give the store a star for cleaness but the rest customer service and how they write your contract beware lots of funny business on there invoice that they tell you to sign them when you call corporate forget about it evens worse I waiting for my Almost 5000 bedroom set for 2 month always something had damage to it then one I left socks and other personal items and there delivery driver stated he don't know what I am talking about anyway never in my life will bye from them and beware of there so call 0 percent interest credit card there's more but I really just had enough we rooms to go I rather bye my next furniture from salvation army thank for reading and God bless us all ......Rooms To Go

One the first two dresser came damaged from rooms to go warehouse I don't see the mattress on invoice or the extra warrant I pay and they told me it's a good idea to get overtime I called them I got the run around I just want them to do things correct and what they say to put in paper for future customers I would like a call from a manager or higher up person to fix this .This is making my anxiety go up the roof so please fix that s thank you and may God help us all .....Review fromBetty J

Customer service was horrible in Pensacola. I walked in and there were several sales associates sitting around and not one of them greeted me. Do not ever purchase their insurance because if anything ever needs to be replaced, you will be required to pay taxes and a new delivery fee to have it delivered to you. All I needed was a lampshade and I was informed that the lamp was discontinued and was advised to go in and select a new lamp of equal or lesser value of the original lamp. I had to pay all the taxes on the replacement lamp which was the same price as my old lamp. I had to buy new insurance and then they informed me after I left the store that I would have to pay a delivery fee as well for the lamp and now the total of replacing a lamp with "insurance" is now just as much as the price of the lamp. I asked if I could pick it up in store and they said they do not offer that but I could drive to Louisiana to get it if I so desired. This just doesn't seem right to me because what is the point of insurance if I have to pay taxes and delivery fees on something that is being replaced through insurance.Rooms To Go
