1 starDo not do business with this company! We have been inundated with their phone calls and their bogus claims of rebates and pressure tactics. Yesterday I received three calls from the same person within a 10 minute period. The last time I asked him to stop calling he threatened to continue calling three or more times every day. I call that harrassment and probably indicative of further bad business practices. Stay away! I wish I could have left zero stars.Review fromCarol N

1 starI enrolled on August 15th because my current provider price was more than the price to compare of Ohio Edison and their introductory rate was slightly lower than that. It was a variable rate but assumption was that this wasn't going to change drastically. This was not the case. It immediately jumped by more than double to 12.5/kWH and the cancellation locks you in for at least 1 billing cycle. Be warned that your rate may more than double unexpectedly if you switch to them. I wish I had read reviews before switching! I will not be returning to them.Review fromTerri H

1 starThis company will not stop calling our office. We have 5 phone lines & they call on at least 3 different lines every day! We have advised them multiple times to remove all of our numbers.. that we are not interested. They insist that we NEED to choose a different provider that our current one. When I requested something in writing, A @ ext: 340X was very rude, stating instead.. that is why she is calling... We just want the calls to stop, as they are blocking important incoming client calls, as well as wasting the time of our office staff.. We opted to leave a review instead of filing a complaint because we are not an actual customer and have no desire to be. A Sonia M. makes most of the aggressive calls into our office and after she is told we are not interested she will continue to talk over and is very unprofessional. She goes as far as calling back after being told not interested and hanging up to in my opinion try to intimidate her way through to our owner. Who will never accept her call so please we are begging for both our companies' sake just stop calling because you are not going to get any business from us and you are wasting your time you could be harassing someone else. 1 starI would give less stars if I could.. Rip off! my bills were higher than they ever were with AEP... Do not use or switch... Rebate? after a year? **** if my bill is $300 per month and it was only $125 before them how is, at the end of the year 25% back saving me any money? do not fall for them at all!Review fromStephen H

This company uses predatory practices to try and get my employer's business. I fell for their offer a few years ago only to watch my rates climb out of control at Columbia Gas and West Penn. They are very misleading. Just this morning they called me 5 times in a row. I believe they are still calling me under another number as I write this note.

They called us and said that we could be sign up for a rebate program. Did not say that our electric company would be changed, and I do not want it changed.
