      I had a problem/question re signing up with APG and wound up talking with John N. (#****) of their Customer Relations Dept. After consulting his supervisor, he kept his word and sent me an email satisfactorily resolving my issue. His colleague, an unidentified young woman, was helpful and courteous in connecting me to him when I called back. I thought Mr, N. handled my call extremely well, keeping his word about email follow-up, and retaining my account. Both staff people performed well for their company and for their customer.
